What is the treatment for my wife's uterine fibroids and lesions found in her USG report? - #56855

in USG REPORT of my wife Uterus is retroverted and normal in size, measures7.8*3.7 cm .Heterogeneous myometrium , A hypoechoic lesion of size 52*50 mm is seen intramural subserosal region of anterior wall (FIGO V). A ill defined small hypoechoic lesion of approx 13*6 mm is seen in intramural region of posterior wall/ fiboid. few nabothian cyst are seen in cervix. Endometrium is centrally placed and normal in thickness( 6mm) please prescribe medicine for above issue
