आपकी उम्र 28 वर्ष है और पिछले 3 महीनों से पीरियड्स नहीं आए हैं, बीच-बीच में स्पॉटिंग होती है, तथा इससे पहले 15-15 दिन तक भारी रक्तस्राव (Heavy Bleeding) होता था। यह स्थिति सामान्य नहीं मानी जाती और इसके पीछे हार्मोनल असंतुलन, PCOS, थायरॉइड विकार, गर्भावस्था, गर्भाशय की गांठ (Fibroid), एंडोमेट्रियल समस्या या अन्य स्त्रीरोग संबंधी कारण हो सकते हैं। सबसे पहले क्या करें Pelvic Ultrasound, Thyroid Profile (TSH), CBC, करवाएं। आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टिकोण आयुर्वेद में यह स्थिति आर्तवदोष, वात-कफ असंतुलन तथा हार्मोनल विकृति से संबंधित हो सकती है। उपचार का चयन कारण जानने के बाद ही किया जाता है। Rx रजःप्रवर्तिनी वटी – मासिक धर्म रुकने की स्थिति में उपयोग की जाती है, लेकिन गर्भावस्था की संभावना होने पर नहीं लेनी चाहिए। कुमारी आसव अशोकारिष्ट (विशेषकर यदि पहले अत्यधिक रक्तस्राव होता रहा हो) । आहार एवं जीवनशैली ताजा, हल्का एवं पौष्टिक भोजन लें। हरी सब्जियां, तिल, अनार, चुकंदर और आयरन युक्त भोजन लें। पर्याप्त नींद लें और तनाव कम रखें। नियमित हल्का व्यायाम या योग करें। जंक फूड, अत्यधिक मीठा, कोल्ड ड्रिंक और देर रात जागने से बचें।

Pehla aur Sabse Zaroori Kadam (Crucial Diagnostic Steps) Ayurvedic chikitsa shuru karne se pehle, kuch basic cheezon ko rule-out karna behad zaroori hai: Urine Pregnancy Test (UPT): Agar aapki married life active hai, toh sabse pehle ek baar ghar par hi pregnancy test zaroor kar lein, taaki yeh clear ho sake. Sonography (USG Pelvis): Kisi mahila rog visheshagya (Gynecologist) ya clinic par jaakar abdominal pelvis ka ultrasound zaroor karwayein. Isse yeh pata chalega ki kahin PCOD/PCOS (Ovarian Cysts), Bulky Uterus, ya Endometrial lining mein koi badlav toh nahi hai. Thyroid Profile (T3, T4, TSH): Kai baar Thyroid hormones ke upar-neeche hone se bhi bleeding pattern poori tarah bigad jata hai. 2. Ayurvedic Chikitsa aur Aushadhi (Ayurvedic Management) Ayurveda mein aisi sthiti ke liye Artavajanana (periods lane wali) aur Garbhashaya Shodhana (uterus ko detox karne wali) aushadhiyon ka upayog kiya jata hai. Aap apne neereest Ayurvedic chikitsak se salah lekar yeh shuru kar sakti hain: Rajahpravartini Vati: Yeh periods ko kholkar lane ke liye ek behtareen classical medicine hai. Doze: 2-2 goli subah-shaam, gungune paani ke sath (periods aane tak). Kumaryasava: Yeh Aloe Vera base aushadhi hai jo liver, uterus aur ovaries ke function ko behtar karti hai aur hormones ko balance karti hai. Doze: 4 chammach (20ml) dava aur 4 chammach gunguna paani, khane ke baad din mein do baar. Dashmularishta: Agar sharir mein thakan, kamzori ya pet ke nichle hisse mein dard rehta hai, toh yeh Vata dosha ko shant karti hai. 3. Gharelu Upchar (Effective Home Remedies) Agar pregnancy test negative hai, toh aap periods ko stimulate karne ke liye yeh asardarr nuskha shuru kar sakti hain: Kala Jeera aur Gud ka Kadha: Ek chammach Kala Jeera (Caraway seeds) aur thoda sa purana Gud (Jaggery) lein. Ise ek glass paani mein ubaalein jab tak paani aadha na reh jaye. Ise chhaan kar halka gunguna subah khali pet piyein. Yeh aushadhi Artava ko nikaalne mein madad karti hai. 4. Pathya-Apathya (Diet & Lifestyle Tips) Kya Khaayein (Do’s): Apne khane mein Methi, Papaya (papeeta), Pineapple, aur Thil (Sesame seeds) ko shamil karein. Inki prakriti aartavajanana (menstruation inducing) hoti hai. Khana humesha garam aur taja khaayein, jisme thoda Cow’s Ghee shamil ho. Kya Na Khaayein (Dont’s): Bahut zyada thanda paani, fridge ka khana, fast food, aur maida bilkul band kar dein. Zyada teekha, masaledar aur tala-buna khana Pitta ko badhayega, jisse aage chal kar fir se heavy bleeding ki dikkat ho sakti hai. Vyaayaam (Exercise): Daily 20-30 minute kapalbhati, anulom-vilom aur Baddhakonasana (Butterfly pose) karein. Yeh pelvic region mein blood circulation ko sudhartaa hai.
