●Namaste🙏. Main samajh sakta hoon ki irregular periods ki samasya aapke liye kitni chinta ka vishay ho sakti hai. Ayurveda mein hum sirf lakshano (symptoms) ka nahi, balki sharir ke poore santulan (doshas) ka upchar karte hain. Jab aapki thyroid aur hormone reports normal hain, toh iska taatparya hai ki samasya sharirik santulan aur jivan-shaili (lifestyle) ke bich ki kadi mein kahin hai. ●Reasons / Causes Ayurveda aur aadhunik vigyan dono maante hain ki aapka nervous system aur hormonal cycle gehre taur par jude hue hain. Sleep disorders (neend ki samasya) progesterone-dependent resistance paida karte hain, jo luteal phase mein melatonin ke prabhav ko kam kar dete hain. Estrogen aur progesterone ka asantulan na keval aapke periods ko prabhavit karta hai, balki aapke mastishk ke ‘sleep-wake’ regions ke neural mechanism ko bhi bigadta hai. Iske alava, progesterone aur prostaglandins ka inverse relationship neend ke chakra (sleep cycles) par nakaratmak prabhav daalta hai. ●Neurotransmitter ‘Serotonin’ aapke mood aur anxiety ko niyantrit karne mein mukhya bhumika nibhata hai. Estrogen sharir mein dopamine, acetylcholine, aur noradrenaline jaise neurotransmitters ke kaam ko prabhavit karta hai. Luteal phase ke dauran estrogen mein girawat PMS ke lakshan paida karti hai aur brain mein monoamine oxidase A aur B enzymes ki gatividhi ko kam kar deti hai. Jab estrogen aur progesterone ka santulan bigadta hai, toh mood swings aur emotional instability hona svabhavik hai. Isliye, ek svasth aahar (diet) aur niyamit jivan-shaili (lifestyle) mahilaon ki menstrual health ko sudharne ke liye atyant avashyak hai. ●Ayurvedic Upchar aur Salah Aapne Ashokarishta ka sevan shuru kiya hai, jo ki garbhashay (uterus) ki shakti badhane ke liye ek uttam aushadhi hai. Iske saath, mein aapko niche diye gaye sujhavon ka paalan karne ki salah deta hoon: ●Supportive Supplements: Aap apni routine mein ▪︎Female Health Support Capsules (500 mg) ko shamil kar sakti hain, jo hormones ko stabilize karne aur reproductive system ko poshan dene mein madad karte hain. ▪︎Yoga aur Pranayam:Yoga aur Breathing Exercises (Pranayam) mahilaon ki health se judi samasyaon ko door karne mein jad se kaam karte hain. Reports normal aana ek bohot bada relief hai, kyunki iska matlab hai ki koi bada structural ya endocrine disorder (jaise PCOS ya Thyroid dysfunction) nahi hai. ••Aap Asokarishta do mahino se le rahi hain, yeh ek behtareen garbhashaya tonic (uterine tonic) hai, lekin akele Asokarishta kabhi-kabhi irregular periods ko poori tarah regular karne ke liye kaafi nahi hota. Aapko apni chikitsa (treatment) mein thoda badlav karne ki zaroorat hai. Ek Ayurvedic perspective se aapko niche diye gaye tariko par dhyan dena chahiye: 1. Aushadhi Badlav (Ayurvedic Formulations) Asokarishta ke sath-sath aapko uterine lining ko stimulate karne aur Vata dosha ko anu-loman (sahi disha mein lane) karne ke liye kuch aur remedies jodni hongi: ••Asokarishta ka sahi tarika: Agar aap ise khali pet le rahi hain, toh band karein. Ise hamesha 4 chammach (20ml) dava + 4 chammach gunguna pani milakar, din mein do baar khana khane ke 15-20 minute baad lein. ••Rajahpravartini Vati: Yeh Ayurvedic tablet khas taur par un periods ke liye hoti hain jo ruke hue hon ya irregular hon. Aap kisi Ayurvedic doctor ki dekh-rekh mein 1-2 tablet din mein do baar gungune pani ya Asokarishta ke sath shuru kar sakti hain. (Ise periods aane ke 10 din pehle shuru kiya jata hai aur periods shuru hote hi band kar diya jata hai). ••Kumaryasava: Agar aapko lagta hai ki pachan (digestion) thik nahi hai ya pet saaf nahi hota, toh Asokarishta ke sath 2 chammach Kumaryasava milakar lena zyada faydemand hota hai. 2. Gharelu Upchar (Home Remedies) Periods ko natural trigger dene ke liye aap kitchen ki in cheezon ka upyog kar sakti hain: ••Jeera aur Gud ka Pani: 1 chammach jeera (cumin seeds) ko ek glass pani mein ubaal lein. Jab pani aadha reh jaye, toh usme thoda sa purana gud (jaggery) milakar gunguna piyein. Yeh periods ke aane se 1 week pehle roz subah khali pet lein. Yeh Ushna (warm) hota hai aur aartava ko nikalne mein madad karta hai. ••Til aur Dalchini (Sesame & Cinnamon): Kale til (black sesame seeds) aur thodi si dalchini ka powder gungune pani ke sath lene se pelvic region mein blood circulation badhta hai. 3. Ahar aur Vihar (Diet & Lifestyle Updates) Ayurveda mein aushadhi se zyada mahatva Ahara (diet) ko diya gaya hai: ••Kya Khayein: Khane mein ghee, gunguna pani, papita (papaya), ananas (pineapple), aur taje phal shamil karein.
