Academic degree: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I am someone who believe that no two patients are same, and honestly, same complaint can also have very different causes in different people. That is why I usually prefer to diagnose properly first and then treat, because temporary symptom relief without understanding root cause can sometimes make things harder later. Many patients live with metabolic and hormonal imbalances for years without fully knowing what is triggering their health concerns, and I feel this part often gets missed.
My main area of focus includes gastric and digestive disorders, chronic GIT issues, hormonal imbalance, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes mellitus, and other lifestyle-related disorders through genuine Ayurvedic principles and personalised care. I try to understand each patient’s body constitution and presentation properly, because treatment should not feel random or same for everyone.
I also work with joint and spine related problems, including cervical pain, lumbar pain, arthritis, and musculoskeletal disorders, where long-term management and improving quality of life matter alot. Sometimes healing takes time and patience, but I try to guide patients with practical, authentic Ayurvedic management rather than short-term fixes, though every case behaves little differntly and need proper attention, sometimes more than expected. |

I am currently pursuing MD Panchakarma (Final Year) and still learning everyday, because Ayurveda honestly feels too deep to ever fully stop learning. My focus stays on authentic Ayurvedic healing and Panchakarma, especially in a time where half knowledge and confusion around health advice is everywhere, which honestly worries me sometimes. I try to keep things simple and genuine for patients, even when conditions feels complicated. I strongly believe every patient deserve a proper diagnosis, honest guidance, and treatment according to their body constitution (Prakriti) rather than temporary relief or random treatment plans. For me, Ayurveda is not just about managing symptoms for few days, it is more about understanding root cause and helping the body regain balance slowly, though at times patience becomes very important in healing process. My area of interest includes helping patients dealing with chronic and lifestyle-related disorders through classical Ayurvedic principles and Panchakarma therapies. I try to understand each person’s concerns in detail before guiding them, because every body responds differntly and what works for one patient may not fully suit another. Some cases can feel challanging, still I belive honest communication and proper understanding of the patient condition matters alot, I am working toward spreading genuine Ayurveda with a patient-centered approach, where treatment feels thoughtful, practical and based on real Ayurvedic concepts rather than confusion or shortcuts. Learning is still ongoing for me, and maybe that is what keeps me more attentive towards every patient I meet.
