Seeking Treatment for Ichthyosis Skin Disorder - #51827

I want to treat my itchythiosis skin please help. Age 34 ..i have this skin disorder since I can remember. I haveit on all-over body specifically on legs i feel emotional distress.

Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Actaril soap for bathing twice. Cap GT 2-0-2 Tab Manjistha 2-0-2 Cutisora oil for local application Tab.Protekt 2-0-2 Follow up after 2 weeks.
