I am kinda worried about my hair recently. Noticed dandruff on my scalp, and it's starting to be more than just a minor inconvenience. It's everywhere, really, all over my clothes and stuff. Some days it's worse, like the flakes just keep falling. Plus, something I'm not used to seeing, my hair thinning, especially around the front. I can actually see more of my scalp. Always thought dandruff was just annoying but harmless, but seems like it’s making my hair thinner. Have you seen that before, dandruff and hair thinning together like this? Tried changing shampoos, using those anti-dandruff ones but doesn't help. Wondering if it's something internal, like diet? Maybe I'm missing out on some important nutrients? Seems weird, cause I've heard using wrong hair products also causes dandruff and hair thinning but not sure if that's real or just a myth. Any ideas or methods to tackle dandruff and hair thinning in a natural way that's not going to involve harsh chemicals and stuff? Feel like maybe some Ayurvedic approach could help with these problems healing from within or something... been curious about it. It's starting to mess with my confidence, appreciate any tips or advice you can share around this dandruff and hair thinning ordeal.
