Need to get rid of dermatofibroma dark raised spots on leg. I read in earth clinic that 35% hydrogen peroxide can help. Or cica patches. Or mixing castor oil and baking soda. What do you suggest?

Dermatofibroma is a benign skin growth. I would not recommend 35% hydrogen peroxide, as it can cause burns, scarring, and skin damage. Evidence for castor oil, baking soda, or cica patches removing dermatofibromas is limited.
Take
Kaishore Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after food.
Manjishtadi Kwath 15 ml with equal water twice daily after meals.
Kumkumadi Taila apply locally at night for pigmentation.

Dermatofibromas are benign (non-cancerous) skin growths that often appear as firm, dark, raised spots on the legs. They usually develop after minor skin injury, insect bites, or inflammation and may persist for years. In most cases, they are harmless and do not require treatment unless they are growing, becoming painful, or causing cosmetic concern.
Regarding the Remedies You Mentioned
I would not recommend using 35% hydrogen peroxide on the skin. It is highly concentrated and can cause burns, irritation, scarring, and unwanted pigmentation changes.
Similarly, there is limited scientific evidence that castor oil with baking soda or CICA patches can permanently remove dermatofibromas. These may help moisturize or soothe the skin but are unlikely to eliminate the lesion.
Ayurvedic Perspective
In Ayurveda, such localized skin growths may be associated with an imbalance of Kapha and Vata dosha affecting the skin and underlying tissues.
Ayurvedic Supportive Care
Apply Jatyadi Taila or Kumkumadi Taila gently over the area once or twice daily to support skin health.

•••••A Note on 35% Hydrogen Peroxide:
Please do not use 35% hydrogen peroxide on your skin. This is a highly concentrated chemical (“food grade” but corrosive) that can cause severe chemical burns, tissue necrosis, and permanently worsen dark hyperpigmentation or scarring. It is far too aggressive for a deep dermal nodule like a dermatofibroma.
••​Castor Oil and Baking Soda: Castor oil (Eranda Taila) is highly valued in Ayurveda for its Srotoshodhana (channel-cleansing) and Bhedana (mass-breaking) properties, penetrating deeply into tissues. Baking soda acts as a harsh chemical exfoliant. While this mix is a popular folk remedy to flatten minor skin growths, the alkaline nature of baking soda can cause severe skin irritation, peeling, and chemical dermatitis, especially on dry skin. If you choose to try it, spot-test it first and use it with caution.

••​Cica Patches (Centella asiatica / Mandukaparni): Mandukaparni is a stellar Ayurvedic herb for skin regeneration (Varnya and Rasayana). Cica patches or silicone sheets are excellent, completely safe, and highly effective for soothing irritation and reducing the dark pigmentation or raised texture over time by optimizing collagen synthesis.

​Because a dermatofibroma lies deep within the dermis, topical applications alone rarely dissolve the internal fibrous knot completely. A comprehensive approach addresses both the external spot and the internal tissue metabolism (Dhatu Agni).

​Instead of harsh chemicals, you can use traditional, deeply penetrating herbo-mineral preparations to soften the nodule and lighten the hyperpigmentation:
••​Kanchnar Guggulu Paste: Crush a tablet of Kanchnar Guggulu, mix it with a few drops of lukewarm water or castor oil, and apply it directly onto the spot. Cover it with a clean bandage or a cica patch overnight. Kanchnar is classically used in Ayurveda for Granthi (nodular growths).
••​Kumkumadi Taila or Jatyadi Taila: To specifically target the dark discoloration and soothe occasional itching, gently massage 1–2 drops of Kumkumadi Taila (saffron-based oil) or Jatyadi Taila onto the raised spot twice a day.
••​Aloe Vera & Haridra: Applying fresh Aloe vera gel (Kumari) mixed with a pinch of pure Turmeric (Haridra) provides a cooling, anti-inflammatory effect that targets localized Pitta.
​2. Internal Cleansing (Abhyantar Chikitsa)
​To correct the Kapha-Meds imbalance and purify the blood (Rakta Shodhana), systemic support is highly beneficial:
••​Kanchnar Guggulu: Classically prescribed to clear benign nodules, balance Kapha, and scrape away stagnated tissue.
••​Mahamanjishthadi Kwath or Purifier Syrups: Formulations containing Manjistha, Khadir, and Neem help cleanse the blood, improve skin metabolic processes, and fade deep-seated pigmentation from the inside out.
​3. Diet and Lifestyle Adjustments
​Kindle the Digestive Fire (Agni): Avoid heavy, processed, highly oily, and overly sweet foods that increase Kapha and lead to Ama (toxin) accumulation. Focus on light, easily digestible, and warm meals.
••​Avoid Micro-Trauma: Dermatofibromas often trigger or grow after minor trauma, such as a bug bite or nicking the skin while shaving. Be very careful when shaving around the area on your leg to prevent further inflammation.
