Based on your description, your hair may have medium porosity (normal porosity). The float test is not very reliable, so signs like how quickly hair gets wet, dries, and behaves are usually more useful. Take Bhringarajasava 15 ml with equal water after meals, twice daily. Bhringraj Churna 3 g with warm water or honey at bedtime. Amla Churna 3 g once daily after food. Hair oils Bhringraj Taila – apply 3–4 times weekly. Neelibhringadi Taila – apply at night and wash next morning. Ksheerabala Taila if scalp dryness is present. Diet Include amla, sesame seeds, curry leaves, milk, ghee, mung dal, and protein-rich foods. Ensure adequate iron, vitamin D, vitamin B12, and protein intake, as deficiencies commonly contribute to hair fall and slow growth.
Thank you very much
