These act as potent anti-inflammatory and blood-purifying agents. ••Mahamanjisthadi Kwath: 15–20 ml mixed with an equal quantity of lukewarm water, taken twice a day on an empty stomach. This is the gold standard for chronic skin conditions to cleanse the lymphatic system and blood. Kapha-Kanduhara (Anti-itching): ••Haridrakhanda: 1 teaspoon (approx. 3–5 grams) twice a day with warm water or warm milk. Haridra (Turmeric) is an excellent natural anti-allergic and Kandu-hara herb. Pitta-Shamana (Cooling): ••Gandhak Rasayan: 1 tablet (250 mg) twice a day after meals. It is a classical herbo-mineral formulation specifically indicated for chronic skin infections and stubborn itching. B. Bahya Chikitsa (External Applications) Never apply harsh chemical soaps or very hot water, as they aggravate Vata and Pitta, increasing the itch. ••Marichaadi Taila or Maha Marichadi Taila: Apply gently over the affected area twice a day.
