मेरी उम्र 35 वर्ष है। मेरी स्किन ऑयली है, प्रकृति पित्त हैं। 12–13 साल की उम्र में चेहरे पर कील,मुंहासे,फुंसियां हो गई थी। इलाज कराने के बाद कील मुंहासे ठीक हो गए, लेकिन चेहरे पर कई सारे गड्ढे पड़ गए है। चेहरे का रंग काला हो गया है जबकि शेष शरीर का रंग गोरा है। धूम्रपान नही करता हूं फिर भी होंठों का रंग काला है। मेरे चेहरे पर पड़े गड्ढों को पूरी तरह साफ करने (भरने)और चेहरे के प्राकृतिक रंग को वापस लाने के लिए आयुर्वेदिक दवाइयां बताइए। उन दवाइयों का नाम,मात्रा,खुराक,समय अवधि अवश्य बताएं। जिससे मेरे चेहरे पर जो गड्ढे हो गए हैं वह पूरी तरह से ठीक हो जाए। चेहरे की त्वचा को टाइट करने के लिए भी दवाइयां बताएं। डायट प्लान भी बताएं क्या-क्या खाऊं और क्या-क्या परहेज करना है। कितने समय तक दवाइयां खानी है, दवाइयों का कोर्स कितने महीने चलेगा।

•प्रणाम। आपकी त्वचा की स्थिति, पित्त प्रकृति और पूरी समस्या को आयुर्वेद के दृष्टिकोण से समझकर मैं आपको एक संपूर्ण चिकित्सा योजना (Treatment Plan) बता रहा हूँ। ••रक्त की शुद्धि और पित्त को शांत करने के लिए निम्नलिखित दवाइयों का कोर्स 3 से 6 महीने तक लगातार चलाना होगा: ••कैशोर गुग्गुल (Kaishore Guggulu) 2 गोली सुबह और रात (खाना खाने के 30 मिनट बाद) गुनगुने पानी के साथ यह त्वचा के गड्ढों (Scars) को भरने और हीलिंग में मदद करता है। ••महामंजिष्ठादि काढ़ा (Mahamanjishtadi Kwath) 15-20 ml (बराबर मात्रा में पानी मिलाकर) सुबह और रात (खाना खाने के बाद) दवा के बराबर गुनगुना पानी मिलाएं यह रक्त शोधक (Blood Purifier) है, जो चेहरे और होंठों का कालापन दूर करेगा। ••आरोग्यवर्धिनी वटी (Arogyavardhini Vati) 1 गोली दोपहर और रात (खाना खाने के बाद) सामान्य पानी से यह लीवर को डिटॉक्स कर त्वचा के एक्स्ट्रा ऑयल (Sebum) को नियंत्रित करती है। ••गिलोय सत्त्व + प्रवाल पिष्टी 250 mg गिलोय सत्त्व + 250 mg प्रवाल पिष्टी सुबह खाली पेट और शाम को (भोजन से 1 घंटा पहले) 1 चम्मच शहद या मलाई के साथ यह आपके शरीर की अतिरिक्त गर्मी (पित्त) को शांत करेगा। ••बाह्य लेप और त्वचा में कसाव (External Application & Tightening) त्वचा के गड्ढों को भरने और ढीली त्वचा को टाइट करने के लिए केवल दवाइयां काफी नहीं हैं, इसके लिए त्वचा पर नई कोशिकाओं (Cells) का बनना जरूरी है। क) चेहरे के गड्ढों और कसाव के लिए (Face Pack) सामग्री: लोध्र (Lodhra) पाउडर 1 चम्मच, मंजिष्ठा (Manjistha) पाउडर आधा चम्मच, और मुलतानी मिट्टी आधा चम्मच। विधि: इसे गुलाब जल या कच्चे दूध के साथ मिलाकर पेस्ट बनाएं। प्रयोग: हफ्ते में 3 बार चेहरे पर लगाएं। जब यह 80% सूख जाए, तो हल्के हाथों से ऊपर की तरफ (Upward direction) मसाज करते हुए सादे पानी से धो लें। यह त्वचा को टाइट करेगा और कोलाजन (Collagen) बढ़ाकर गड्ढों को भरेगा। ख) चेहरे की रंगत के लिए (Night Serum) रोज़ रात को चेहरा धोने के बाद कुंकुमादि तैलम (Kumkumadi Tailam) की केवल 2 से 3 बूंदें चेहरे पर लगाएं। उंगलियों से चेहरे की सर्कुलर मोशन में तब तक मालिश करें जब तक तेल त्वचा में समा न जाए। (यदि त्वचा बहुत ज्यादा ऑयली लगे, तो इसे केवल 30 मिनट लगाकर गुलाब जल से पोंछ लें, रातभर न छोड़ें)। ग) होंठों के कालेपन के लिए ••रात को सोते समय होंठों पर यष्टिमधु घृत (Yastimadhu Ghrita) या शुद्ध गाय का घी लगाकर हल्की मालिश करें। यह पित्त के कारण हुए कालेपन को पूरी तरह ठीक कर देगा। 3. पथ्य-अपथ्य (डाइट प्लान और परहेज) पित्त प्रकृति वालों के लिए खान-पान ही सबसे बड़ी दवा है। क्या खाएं (Do’s): सब्जियां: लौकी, तोरई, परवल, कद्दू, खीरा और हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां। फल: अनार, पका हुआ आम, मीठा अंगूर, नारियल पानी और आंवला (आंवला त्वचा के लिए सर्वोत्तम है)। अन्य: रात को भीगे हुए बादाम और मुनक्का सुबह खाएं। पानी पर्याप्त मात्रा में पीएं (दिन में 3-4 लीटर)। ••क्या बिल्कुल न खाएं (Don’ts - कड़ा परहेज): मिर्च-मसाले: लाल मिर्च, गरम मसाला, चाट मसाला, अचार और अत्यधिक नमक। •तल-भुना: समोसे, कचोरी, फास्ट फूड और ज्यादा तेल वाला खाना। ••विरुद्ध आहार: दूध के साथ नमक वाली चीजें, या दूध के साथ खट्टे फल (जैसे शेक या स्मूदी) बिल्कुल न लें। ••चाय/कॉफी: दिन में 1 कप से ज्यादा चाय या कॉफी न लें, क्योंकि यह पित्त और कालेपन को बढ़ाती है। 4. समय अवधि (Course Duration) ••शुरुआती असर: आपको त्वचा की चमक और रंगत में 4 से 6 हफ्ते (1.5 महीना) में अंतर दिखने लगेगा। गड्ढों का भरना: चेहरे के पुराने गड्ढों को पूरी तरह ठीक होने और त्वचा के टाइट होने में 6 से 9 महीने का समय लग सकता है, क्योंकि त्वचा की गहरी परतों (Dermis) को ठीक होने में समय लगता है। ••आपको यह कोर्स कम से कम 6 महीने लगातार बिना रुके करना चाहिए।
