••Nasya Karma (Nasal Administration): The nose is the doorway to the head (Nasa Hi Shirso Dwaram). Daily administration of Anu Taila or Shadbindu Taila (2–4 drops in each nostril in the morning) stimulates the nervous system and nourishes the hair roots directly. • Abhyanga & Shirodhara (Scalp Therapy) To pacify Bhrajaka Pitta and Vata at the scalp level, specific herbo-mineral oils are required. ••Therapeutic Oils: Avoid regular coconut oil. Switch to Malatyadi Taila (excellent for reviving dormant follicles and dealing with underlying scalp micro-inflammation) or Mahabhringraj Taila mixed with Kshirabala Taila (to provide cooling nutrition). ••Shiro Abhyanga: Massage gently with fingertips; do not rub vigorously, as genetic hair roots are already weak. ••Shiro Lepa (Scalp Masks): Apply a weekly paste of Amalaki, Bhringraj, Brahmi, Japa (Hibiscus), and a small amount of Gunja (Abrus precatorius—use with caution as it is a Upavisha, but highly effective for localized alopecia) mixed with buttermilk or goat’s milk. ••Rasayana & Keshya Bhringrajasava OR Narasimha Rasayana 15–20 ml with equal water after meals OR 1 tsp with warm milk. ••Pitta Shamana & Asthi-Poshana Saptamrit Lauha 1 tablet (250mg) twice a day with honey/ghee (helps nourish hair via Asthi Dhatu). ••Blood Purifiers Gandhak Rasayan 1 tablet twice a day after food. Single Herb Rejuvenators Amalaki ••Churna + Ashwagandha Churna 3g each at bedtime with lukewarm water. Ahara & Vihara (Diet & Lifestyle Corrections) Even the best medicines fail if the Agni (digestive fire) creates Ama (toxins) and excess heat. ••Pitta Pacifying Diet: Strictly avoid overly spicy (Katu), sour (Amla), and salty (Lavana) foods. Reduce consumption of fermented foods, tea, coffee, and alcohol, as they instantly aggravate Bhrajaka Pitta. Include: Sweet unctuous foods, cow’s ghee (highly recommended for Pitta), blanched almonds, black raisins, and curry leaves. ••Stress Management: High stress levels secrete cortisol, accelerating genetic hair fall. Practices like Pranayama (Anulom Vilom, Sheetali) help cool the mind and body.

—go for these investigations first Cbc, thyroid profile, vt b12, vtD —Rx: 1) Tab.
