—Rx:
1) Tab. Keshoraksha / Kesh King – 1 tab BD after food
2) Cap. Bhringraj Ghana – 1 cap BD after food
3)Tab. Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tab BD after food
4) Syp. Lohasava – 10 ml + 10 ml water BD after food
5) Cap. Ashwagandha – 1 cap HS with milk
—External:
Neelibhringadi Taila / Bhringraj Taila – scalp massage 3–4 times/week, keep 1–2 hrs then wash.
—Pathya:
Protein-rich diet, amla, black sesame, curry leaves, soaked almonds, milk/curd as suitable.
—Apathya:
Avoid late night, stress, spicy-fried food, chemical hair products, heat styling.

••Nasya Karma (Nasal Administration): The nose is the doorway to the head (Nasa Hi Shirso Dwaram). Daily administration of Anu Taila or Shadbindu Taila (2–4 drops in each nostril in the morning) stimulates the nervous system and nourishes the hair roots directly.
​• Abhyanga & Shirodhara (Scalp Therapy)
​To pacify Bhrajaka Pitta and Vata at the scalp level, specific herbo-mineral oils are required.
••​Therapeutic Oils: Avoid regular coconut oil. Switch to Malatyadi Taila (excellent for reviving dormant follicles and dealing with underlying scalp micro-inflammation) or Mahabhringraj Taila mixed with Kshirabala Taila (to provide cooling nutrition).
••​Shiro Abhyanga: Massage gently with fingertips; do not rub vigorously, as genetic hair roots are already weak.
••​Shiro Lepa (Scalp Masks): Apply a weekly paste of Amalaki, Bhringraj, Brahmi, Japa (Hibiscus), and a small amount of Gunja (Abrus precatorius—use with caution as it is a Upavisha, but highly effective for localized alopecia) mixed with buttermilk or goat’s milk.
