Long-term eczema with morning sneezing and dry skin suggests an allergic tendency with skin sensitivity. Main focus should be reducing triggers and improving skin barrier. Avoid very hot baths, harsh soaps, packaged foods, and identify food triggers if any. Apply plain coconut oil or gentle moisturizer regularly to keep skin hydrated. Regarding Vidanga: I would not suggest starting it routinely for a 14-year-old eczema case without proper assessment, as it is not usually the first choice here. Haridra Khanda – 1 tsp twice daily after food Mahamanjisthadi kwath – 10 ml with equal water twice daily Kumari gel/coconut oil – local application on dry areas Keep nails short to reduce scratching during flare-ups.
