Based on your symptoms of severe hair fall, premature greying, facial dullness, whiteheads, stress, disturbed sleep, and inadequate intake of fruits and vegetables, the condition appears to be associated with aggravated Vata-Pitta dosha, stress, and possible nutritional deficiencies. Hair loss with bald patches should also be evaluated by a dermatologist to rule out conditions such as alopecia areata, anemia, thyroid disorders, or vitamin deficiencies. ----Ayurvedic Prescription 1. Amalaki Rasayan – 1 teaspoon twice daily after meals with lukewarm water. 2. Bhringrajasava – 20 ml with equal quantity of water twice daily after meals. 3. Saptamrit Lauh – 1 tablet twice daily after meals. 4. Triphala Churna – 5 grams at bedtime with lukewarm water. ----External Treatment - Apply Neelibhringadi Taila or Bhringraj Taila to the scalp 3–4 times weekly with gentle massage. - Wash hair with a mild herbal shampoo. - Cleanse the face twice daily and avoid squeezing whiteheads. ------Diet Advice - Include amla, green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits, sprouts, moong dal, black sesame seeds, soaked almonds, and adequate protein in the diet. - Avoid excessive spicy, fried, junk, and processed foods. - Maintain adequate hydration. ------Lifestyle Advice - Ensure 7–8 hours of sound sleep daily. - Practice Anulom Vilom Pranayama for 10 minutes and Bhramari Pranayama for 5 minutes daily. - Perform regular exercise or brisk walking for 30 minutes daily. - Manage stress through meditation and relaxation techniques. ------Recommended Investigations - CBC - Serum Ferritin - Vitamin B12 - Vitamin D3 - Thyroid Profile (TSH, T3, T4) - Blood Sugar (Fasting/HbA1c) ------Follow up after 6–8 weeks for assessment of hair fall, hair quality, skin condition, and overall improvement.

••From an Ayurvedic perspective, the specific symptoms you are experiencing—hair thinning, hair loss (Khalitya), and particularly the shift to a reddish-brown (taamra varna) and white color (palitya)—point clearly to an aggravation of Pitta Dosha compounding with Vata Dosha. ••Classical External Remedies (Shiro Abhyanga & Lepa) To bring back thickness and naturally darker pigmentation, we look to the two premier Keshya (hair-nourishing) herbs in Ayurveda: Bhringraj (known literally as the “King of Hair” or Keshraja) and Amla (Amalaki). ••Medicated Oil Massage What to use: Shift away from heating oils. Use classical Bhringraj Taila or Maha Bhringraj Taila as your primary oil. If unavailable, use pure, unrefined Coconut Oil (which is naturally cooling and pacifies Pitta) infused with Amla. How to apply: Warm the oil slightly (never overheat it). Massage gently into the scalp using your fingertips in circular motions for 10-15 minutes. Leave it on overnight or at least 2 hours before washing. Frequency: 3 times a week. ••The Pigmenting & Thickening Hair Mask (Lepa) You can prepare a powerful Keshya Lepa at home to directly target the reddish-brown and white strands: •Mix the Herbs Take 2 tablespoons of Bhringraj powder, 2 tablespoons of Amla powder, and 1 tablespoon of Shikakai or Methi (Fenugreek) powder. 2The Iron Vessel Trick Mix these powders with iron-rich water or fresh brewed black tea into a smooth paste. Ideally, mix this inside a cast-iron vessel (Loha Patra) and let it sit overnight. The interaction with iron naturally darkens the paste, helping to restore black pigment to reddish/white hair. 3.45 Minutes Apply the paste evenly across your scalp and through the length of your hair. Leave it on for 45 minutes. Do not let it dry completely to a crisp, as that can aggravate Vata. 4.Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm or cool water. Use a mild, sulfate-free Ayurvedic shampoo or Rita (Soapnut) water to cleanse. Repeat once a week. •Internal Purification & Nutrition External care only fixes half the problem. We must calm the internal Pitta fire that is bleaching and weakening the hair roots from within. Amalaki Rasayana / Chyawanprash: Take 1 teaspoon of Amalaki Rasayana or high-quality Chyawanprash with warm water or milk every morning on an empty stomach. Amla is highly cooling and rich in natural antioxidants that preserve hair longevity. Nasyam (Nasal Drops): Anu Tailam or pure Cow’s Ghee (Gau Ghrita). Instilling 2 drops of warm ghee into each nostril daily in the morning (Pratimarsha Nasya) is a documented classical approach to prevent premature graying (Palitya) and hair fall by calming the sub-cranial nerves and Doshas.

Based on your symptoms—severe hair fall with thinning/bald patches, premature greying, reddish-brown hair discoloration, whiteheads around the nose and mouth, dull skin, stress, poor diet, and disturbed sleep—Ayurveda views this as a combination of Pitta-Vata aggravation, stress-related imbalance, and reduced nourishment of the hair (Kesha Dhatu) and skin (Twak). Ayurvedic Understanding Hair and skin reflect the quality of your digestion, nutrition, sleep, and mental well-being. Long-term stress, inadequate intake of fruits and vegetables, and poor sleep can weaken tissue nourishment, leading to: Excessive hair fall Premature greying Dull, lifeless skin Whiteheads and acne eruptions Reduced hair thickness and growth Ayurvedic Recommendations 1. Nourish Hair from Within Include: Fresh seasonal fruits daily Green leafy vegetables Amla (Indian gooseberry) Black sesame seeds (1 tsp daily) Soaked almonds (5–7 daily) Curry leaves in meals Adequate protein sources such as lentils, beans, milk, or paneer if suitable Avoid: Excessively spicy, fried, processed, and sugary foods Soft drinks and excessive caffeine Late-night eating 2. Hair Care Routine Massage the scalp 2–3 times weekly with warm herbal hair oil such as Bhringraj or Amla oil. Leave overnight if comfortable and wash with a mild herbal shampoo. Avoid very hot water on the scalp. Minimize chemical treatments, excessive heat styling, and harsh hair products. 3. For Whiteheads and Dull Skin Wash the face twice daily with a gentle cleanser. Avoid frequent touching or squeezing pimples. Drink sufficient water throughout the day. Apply fresh aloe vera gel to the face for 15–20 minutes and rinse. Ensure regular bowel movements, as digestive imbalance often reflects on the skin in Ayurveda. 4. Manage Stress and Improve Sleep Since stress appears to be a major trigger: Practice 15–20 minutes of yoga, meditation, or deep breathing daily. Aim for 7–8 hours of quality sleep. Reduce screen exposure before bedtime. Maintain a consistent sleep schedule.
