Lep aur Baahya Upchar (External Application) ​Jalan aur khujli ko turant shant karne ke liye cooling agents ka upyog karein: •​Chandan aur Gulab Jal ka Lep: Shuddh safed chandan (Sandalwood) powder ko gulab jal (Rose water) ke sath milakar paste bana lein. Ise pure chehre aur ghamori wale hisson par lagayein. Sookhne par thande paani se dho lein. Yeh jalan aur khujli dono ko turant thandak dega. •​Neem aur Tulsi Snan: Thode se Neem aur Tulsi ke patton ko paani me ubaal lein. Jab paani gunguna ya thanda ho jaye, to is paani se snan (bath) karein. Neem ke antibacterial aur anti-inflammatory gun khujli aur daano ko jaldi theek karenge. •​Multani Mitti: Chehre ke rookhepan aur jalan ke liye multani mitti me thoda sa aloevera gel aur dhoodh milakar lagayein. Yeh skin ko bina dry kiye thandak degi. 2.Aushadhiya Chikitsa (Ayurvedic Medicines) ​Shareer ke andar ki garmi ko kam karne ke liye aap yeh classical Ayurvedic aushadhiyan le sakte hain: •​Khadirarishta: 3-4 chammach (15-20 ml) Khadirarishta utne hi barabar matra me paani milakar subah aur shaam ko khana khane ke baad lein. Yeh rakt-shodhak (blood purifier) hai aur twacha ke rogon me behtareen kaam karta hai. •​Gandhak Rasayan: 1-1 goli (250 mg) subah-shaam paani ya doodh ke sath lein. Yeh khujli aur daano ko sukhane me madad karega. DIET PLAN ❌ AVOID – Rice at night – Sugar – White flour stuff – Potatoes – Fried foods – Bakery treats ✅ INCLUDE – Roti – Moong dal – Veggies – Salad – Buttermilk – Nuts
