How to use Ayurvedic remedies like surakta and neem guard for Acne inversa and folliculitis? - #55775

Hi, I have Acne inversa on my body (operations under the arms and above bum) and folliculitis et perifollicoltus abscedens et suffodiens captis on my head. Right now Iam injecting Cosenty once a month, since everything else hasn't helped. There was 1 Dr., who I unfortunately can't reach anymore, who was able to help over a decade ago, he let me take the following capsules: surakta, neem guard, manjistha, raktashodhak bat (?), Arjun, BIPICARE, Ashwaganda and one thing else that was a powder and to be mixed into water. I only recently found the pictures of the bottles I took back then, but I don't remember how to take them (I swallowed 30 pills day) and I would like to ask if you could help me figure it out. Because if these meds are still available, I would try it again! Thank you
