समय से पहले बाल सफेद होना (Premature Greying) आयुर्वेद में मुख्यतः पित्त दोष बढ़ने, तनाव, नींद की कमी, पोषण की कमी और मानसिक चिंता से जुड़ा माना जाता है।
23 वर्ष की उम्र में यह समस्या सही देखभाल और नियमित उपचार से काफी हद तक नियंत्रित की जा सकती है।
आयुर्वेदिक सुझाव
1. आहार सुधार
रोज़ आंवला किसी न किसी रूप में लें – आंवला जूस, मुरब्बा या चूर्ण।
भोजन में तिल, करी पत्ता, हरी सब्जियाँ, दालें, भीगे बादाम शामिल करें।
ज्यादा चाय, कॉफी, जंक फूड, तला-भुना और बहुत तीखा भोजन कम करें।
पर्याप्त पानी पिएँ।
2. तनाव कम करें
लगातार stress बालों को जल्दी सफेद करता है।
रोज़ 15–20 मिनट योग, प्राणायाम और ध्यान करें।
रात में 7–8 घंटे की नींद लें।
3. बालों की आयुर्वेदिक देखभाल
सप्ताह में 3–4 बार भृंगराज तेल / नारियल तेल + करी पत्ता हल्का गुनगुना करके लगाएँ।
हफ्ते में 1 बार आंवला, मेथी और भृंगराज का हेयर पैक लगा सकते हैं।
केमिकल वाले शैम्पू और बार-बार हेयर कलर से बचें।
4. आयुर्वेदिक औषधियाँ
आंवला चूर्ण
भृंगराज चूर्ण / कैप्सूल
रसायन चूर्ण
नस्य कर्म और पंचकर्म कुछ मरीजों में बहुत लाभकारी रहते हैं।
जरूरी जांच
कई बार कम उम्र में सफेद बाल इन कारणों से भी होते हैं:
