What else can I do to improve hair loss treatment after using black sesame seeds and Nilibhringadi oil? - #56066
I have been using black sesame seeds, dates, and Nilibhringadi oil for some time now to treat my hair loss, but I am seeing very minimal effects. What else can I do to improve this process?

Hair loss associated with stress and low energy in Ayurveda is often linked to aggravated Pitta-Vata dosha, weak digestion, and poor nourishment of the hair roots (Asthi & Majja dhatu kshaya). Since you are getting only minimal improvement, a more consistent internal and external approach is needed. Recommendations Continue black sesame seeds daily, but take them in a moderate quantity with warm water or milk. Apply Nilibhringadi oil at least 3–4 times weekly with gentle scalp massage instead of once weekly. Include hair-supportive foods like: Amla Curry leaves Soaked almonds Cow ghee Green moong Fresh fruits and leafy vegetables Reduce junk food, excessive tea/coffee, spicy foods, and late-night sleeping, as these aggravate Pitta and weaken hair roots. Manage stress through: Yoga Pranayama Meditation Proper sleep Helpful Ayurvedic Herbs Bhringraj Amla Brahmi Ashwagandha (especially helpful for stress-related hair fall and fatigue)
I have observed i am having hair fall when using kayam churna for contipation
