I am dealing with severe facial acne and it's really starting to affect my confidence. I remember my skin being clearer before college, and now it feels like my face is constantly breaking out. The severe facial acne is especially bad around my cheeks and forehead, and sometimes it gets painful. I've tried a bunch of creams and medications, but they don't seem to help with this severe facial acne. Some days, I feel like nothing works and I end up picking at them, which I know isn’t great but I just get so frustrated. Does anyone else have severe facial acne that just won’t go away? I heard about some Ayurvedic remedies like neem or turmeric. Anybody had success with those for severe facial acne? I kind of worry about my budget too. Chemical treatments at the dermatologist are pricey and I've been thinking more natural might be the way to go. Has something worked for you with really bad breakouts? It's just tough waking up to see more and more severe facial acne each day, makes it hard to stay positive. Any advice would be super appreciated.
