Hi doctor it's been 15 years more,I have hyper pigmentation, now it is melasma, tried almostall the Creams for the dermatologist, fed up with the creams Finally I have decided to get treated with Ayurvedic treatment

Ayurvedic Treatment Approach 1. Internal Detox & Blood Purification This is the foundation for stubborn pigmentation: Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia) – best for purifying blood and improving skin tone Neem – reduces heat and inflammation in skin Amla (Amalaki) – natural antioxidant, supports hormonal balance Guduchi – calms Pitta and supports immunity These help reduce recurrence from within rather than temporary surface fading. 2.
