Keloid with itching + occasional pus suggests inflammation and possible secondary infection, so first infection control is important. Avoid scratching and keep the area cool and dry. Reduce sweating and friction from tight clothing. Do not apply random steroid creams without advice. Jatyadi oil – apply thin layer twice daily Panchavalkala kwath wash – clean area once daily Kaishore guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food Gandhak rasayan – 1 tablet twice daily after food If pus, pain, or redness increases, you should get it examined to rule out active infection before continuing local treatment. Keloid flattening takes time, but itching and irritation can improve earlier. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
Pl suggest any cream apply on keloid
Keloid ke liye: Keloid scar gel (silicone gel) – din me 2 baar patli layer Jatyadi oil – raat ko halka apply Aloe vera gel – itching ke liye subah Scratching aur heat/sweating avoid karein. Agar pus ya redness badhe to pehle infection treat karna zaroori hai. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
