According to Ayurveda, your hair fall and dryness may be due to Vata-Pitta imbalance and Rukshata. Egg and ghee mask can be heavy and may not suit everyone, especially if scalp is oily or dandruff-prone. —If you want to use it, apply only once in 15 days: 1 egg yolk + 1 tsp ghee + 2 drops rosemary essential oil mixed in aloe vera/curd. - Keep for 20 minutes and wash with mild shampoo. - Do not use hot water. -For regular care, Bhringraj oil or coconut oil gentle massage 1–2 times weekly is better. — If hair fall is severe, check Hb, thyroid, vitamin D and B12.

Ghee (Ghruta): The Ultimate Vata-Shitiz (Dryness Pacifier) ​In Ayurveda, cow’s ghee is revered as a premium Snehana (lubricating) agent. It possesses Guru (heavy) and Snigdha (unctuous) qualities, making it the perfect antidote to the dry, rough qualities of Vata that plague curly hair. ​Deep Moisturization & Definition: Ghee is rich in butyric acid and essential fatty acids.
