Take Bhringraj Churna 3 g din mein 2 baar bhojan ke baad. Amla Churna 3 g raat ko gungune paani ke saath. Bhringraj Taila ya Neelibhringadi Taila se hafte mein 3 baar scalp massage. Advice Har Sunday hair color lagana band karein ya frequency kam karein. Protein-rich diet, amla, til, curry leaves aur nuts lein. Iron, Vitamin D aur B12 ki kami ho to hair fall badh sakta hai.

••डॉक्टर होने के नाते मैं आपकी परेशानी को बिल्कुल समझ सकता हूँ। हर हफ्ते केमिकल वाला हेयर कलर (डाई) लगाने से बालों की जड़ें (Hair follicles) कमजोर हो जाती हैं, जिससे केमिकल बर्न और भयंकर हेयर फॉल (Chemical-induced hair fall) होने लगता है। ••हेयर फॉल रोकने और जड़ों को मजबूत करने के उपाय (Immediate Stop to Hair Fall) सबसे पहले हमें बालों का अत्यधिक टूटना रोकना है। इसके लिए रासायनिक शैम्पू और कलर बंद करके यह करें: शिरोअभ्यंग (Medicated Oil Massage): हफ्ते में 2 से 3 बार महाभृंगराज तेल (Mahabhringraj Oil) या नीलीभृंग्यादि तेल (Neelibhringadi Tailam) को गुनगुना करके हल्के हाथों से उंगलियों के पोरों से स्कैल्प पर मालिश करें। इसे रातभर लगा रहने दें या धोने से 2 घंटे पहले लगाएं। प्राकृतिक वॉश (Natural Cleanser): केमिकल शैम्पू की जगह रीठा, शिकाकाई और आंवला के पाउडर को पानी में भिगोकर उससे बाल धोएं। यह स्कैल्प को बिना नुकसान पहुंचाए साफ करता है। 2. बालों को प्राकृतिक रूप से काला करने का तरीका (Natural Black Hair Process) चूंकि आपके बाल केमिकल से खराब हो चुके हैं, इसलिए हमें 100% नेचुरल तरीका अपनाना होगा। इसके लिए “Double Application Method” सबसे बेस्ट है, जो बिना किसी नुकसान के बालों को गहरा काला रंग देता है: स्टेप A: मेहंदी और आंवला पैक (हफ्ते में एक बार) लोहे की कड़ाही (Iron vessel) में लोहे के तत्व (Iron oxides) मिलते हैं जो बालों को काला करने में मदद करते हैं। इस कड़ाही में भृंगराज पाउडर, आंवला पाउडर और थोड़ी सी हिना (मेंहदी) को चाय पत्ती के पानी के साथ मिलाकर रातभर के लिए छोड़ दें। अगले दिन इसे बालों में 2 घंटे लगाएं और सिर्फ सादे पानी से धो लें (शैम्पू न करें)। 3. आंतरिक पोषण (Internal Ayurvedic Medicine) बालों को जड़ों से काला और मजबूत बनाने के लिए अंदरूनी पोषण बहुत जरूरी है: ••आंवला रसायन या चूर्ण: रोज सुबह खाली पेट 1 चम्मच आंवला चूर्ण गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें। आंवला सर्वश्रेष्ठ ‘केश्र्य’ (Hair tonic) और एंटी-ऑक्सीडेंट है। ••भृंगरासव (Bhringrajasava): भोजन के बाद 15-20 ml भृंगरासव में बराबर मात्रा में पानी मिलाकर दिन में दो बार लें। यह बालों के झड़ने को तुरंत नियंत्रित करता है। ••नस्य कर्म (Nasyam): रोज रात को सोते समय दोनों नथुनों (Nostrils) में 2-2 बूंद अणु तेल (Anu Tailam) या गाय का शुद्ध घी डालें। आयुर्वेद के अनुसार, “नासा हि शिरसो द्वारम” - नाक के जरिए दी गई औषधि बालों की जड़ों तक पोषण पहुंचाती है। ••कुछ जरूरी परहेज (Diet & Lifestyle Changes) ज्यादा तीखा, खट्टा, नमकीन (Spicy & Junk food) खाने से बचें, क्योंकि यह पित्त को बढ़ाता है जिससे बाल सफेद होते हैं। ••आहार में हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां, कड़ी पत्ता (Curry leaves), और भीगे हुए बादाम-अखरोट शामिल करें। तनाव (Stress) कम करें और 7-8 घंटे की अच्छी नींद लें।
