Incomplete motion: Vata disturbance in the colon with Ama accumulation. this pattern indicates that digestion and metabolism need correction first, as many symptoms may be interconnected. ayurvedic Management 1. Improve Digestion and Reduce Ama Morning: drink 1 glass of warm water after waking. Add a few drops of lemon if acidity is not severe. Before meals: small piece of fresh ginger with a pinch of rock salt (avoid if acidity worsens). 2. For Acidity Take avipattikar churna 3–5 g with lukewarm water after meals, twice daily. Avoid: tea and coffee on an empty stomach Fried foods Excess chili and spicy foods Late-night meals 3. For Itching and Skin Purification Mahamanjisthadi Kwath 15–20 ml with equal water twice daily after meals. Neem and Manjistha are traditionally used for supporting healthy skin and blood purification. Apply coconut oil if skin is dry and itchy. 4. For Weight Gain Walk 30–45 minutes daily. This Aama mixes with Rakta Dhatu (blood tissue) and circulates to the skin, causing Kandu (itching every alternate day) and Vyanga (facial pigmentation).
