The combination of skin itching (Kandu), acidity (Amlapitta), weight gain (Sthaulya), facial pigmentation (Vyanga), breathing difficulty (Shwasa), and incomplete bowel evacuation (Malavibandha) suggests an imbalance involving Kapha-Pitta dosha along with accumulation of Ama (metabolic toxins) and impaired Agni (digestive fire). Possible Ayurvedic Interpretation Itching & pigmentation: Excess Pitta with impure Rakta (blood tissue). acidity: Aggravated Pitta in the stomach. Weight gain: Increased Kapha and sluggish metabolism. Breathing issues: Kapha accumulation affecting the respiratory channels. Incomplete motion: Vata disturbance in the colon with Ama accumulation. this pattern indicates that digestion and metabolism need correction first, as many symptoms may be interconnected. ayurvedic Management 1. Improve Digestion and Reduce Ama Morning: drink 1 glass of warm water after waking. Add a few drops of lemon if acidity is not severe. Before meals: small piece of fresh ginger with a pinch of rock salt (avoid if acidity worsens). 2. For Acidity Take avipattikar churna 3–5 g with lukewarm water after meals, twice daily. Avoid: tea and coffee on an empty stomach Fried foods Excess chili and spicy foods Late-night meals 3. For Itching and Skin Purification Mahamanjisthadi Kwath 15–20 ml with equal water twice daily after meals. Neem and Manjistha are traditionally used for supporting healthy skin and blood purification. Apply coconut oil if skin is dry and itchy. 4. For Weight Gain Walk 30–45 minutes daily. Avoid: Sweets Bakery products Soft drinks Excess dairy products Prefer: Barley (Yava) Green gram (Moong) Vegetables Warm water throughout the day 5. For Facial Pigmentation Apply a paste of: Sandalwood powder Licorice (Yashtimadhu) powder Rose water 2–3 times weekly. Protect the face from excessive sunlight. 6. For Breathing Problems Steam inhalation once daily. Practice: Anulom Vilom Pranayama Bhramari Pranayama For 10–15 minutes daily. 7. For Incomplete Motion At bedtime: Triphala Churna 3–5 g with warm water. This helps bowel cleansing and supports digestion. Recommended Diet Eat More Moong dal Bottle gourd Ridge gourd Pumpkin Papaya Pomegranate Cooked vegetables Warm water Avoid Cold drinks Ice cream Fast food Excess sugar Refined flour (maida) Heavy dinner Daytime sleeping
