​चूंकि यह समस्या काफी सालों से है, इसलिए इसे ठीक करने में थोड़ा धैर्य और एक सही स्किनकेयर रूटीन की जरूरत होगी। एक आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टिकोण से मैं आपको कुछ बहुत ही प्रभावी उपाय और चिकित्सा बता रहा हूँ: ​1. बाह्य लेप और उपचार (External Applications) ​त्वचा के रोमछिद्रों को टाइट करने और कफ-पित्त को शांत करने के लिए आप इन आयुर्वेदिक लेपों का उपयोग कर सकते हैं: ••​लोध्र और मुलतानी मिट्टी का लेप: ​सामग्री: लोध्र चूर्ण (Lodhra powder) 1 चम्मच, मुलतानी मिट्टी 1 चम्मच, और गुलाब जल। ​विधि: इन्हें मिलाकर पेस्ट बनाएं और चेहरे पर लगाएं। सूखने से ठीक पहले (जब हल्का गीला हो) ठंडे पानी से धो लें। लोध्र अपनी स्तंभक (astringent) प्रॉपर्टी के लिए जाना जाता है, जो पोर्स को सिकोड़ने में मदद करता है। ​उबटन (दैनिक फेस वॉश की जगह): ​केमिकल वाले फेस वॉश की जगह मसूर दाल का आटा, थोड़ा सा चंदन पाउडर और कच्चा दूध मिलाकर चेहरे पर लगाएं और हल्के हाथों से मसाज करके धो लें। यह त्वचा की मृत कोशिकाओं (dead cells) को हटाता है और अत्यधिक तेल (sebum) को नियंत्रित करता है। ••​आइस क्यूब थेरेपी (रक्त चंदन के साथ): ​पानी में थोड़ा सा रक्त चंदन पाउडर या गुलाब जल मिलाकर बर्फ जमा लें। रोज सुबह इस आइस क्यूब को एक सूती कपड़े में लपेटकर चेहरे पर हल्के हाथों से थपथपाएं (dab करें)। इससे तुरंत पोर्स टाइट होते हैं। ​2. अभ्यन्तर चिकित्सा (Internal Purification) ••​बाहरी लेप के साथ-साथ शरीर के अंदर से खून साफ होना और पित्त का शांत होना जरूरी है: ••​महामंजिष्ठादि क्वाथ (Mahamanjishtadi Kwath): 15-20 ml क्वाथ को समान मात्रा में गुनगुने पानी के साथ दिन में दो बार (खाना खाने के बाद) लें। यह रक्तशोधक (blood purifier) है और त्वचा के दोषों को दूर करता है। ••​खदिरारिष्ट (Khadirarista): त्वचा रोगों और त्वचा की टोन सुधारने के लिए यह बेहतरीन आसव है। इसे भी चिकित्सक की सलाह से भोजन के बाद लिया जा सकता है। ​3. आयुर्वेदिक स्किनकेयर रूटीन (Daily Dinacharya) ••​तिक्त-कषाय रस प्रधान आहार: अपने भोजन में बहुत ज्यादा मिर्च-मसाले, तला हुआ, फास्ट फूड और खट्टी चीजें (जैसे अचार, अत्यधिक नींबू) का सेवन कम करें। ये पित्त बढ़ाते हैं जिससे सीबम का स्राव ज्यादा होता है। ••​प्रक्षालन (Cleansing): दिन में 2-3 बार चेहरे को ठंडे पानी या त्रिफला के पानी (त्रिफला चूर्ण को पानी में उबालकर, छानकर ठंडा किया हुआ पानी) से धोएं। ••​Hydration: त्वचा को अंदर से हाइड्रेट रखने के लिए पर्याप्त पानी पीएं और आंवले का सेवन (जूस या चूर्ण के रूप में) नियमित रूप से करें, क्योंकि आंवला विटामिन C और एंटीऑक्सीडेंट्स से भरपूर होता है जो कोलेजन (collagen) को बढ़ाता है।
