●Khadirarishta 40 days 15-20ml after food ●Coconut oil - 80 grams Neem oil - 5 grams Bakuchi oil - 5 grams Bhim camphor - 8 grams Karanja oil - 5 grams Haritaki powder - 2 grams Manjishtha powder - 2 grams Turmeric powder - 1 gram ●Method: Heat all the oils over low heat (50-55°C). Add Haritaki, Manjistha, and turmeric and cook for 20-25 minutes. Strain, cool, and finally add Bhim Camphor. Fill in a dark glass bottle. Usage: Apply gently to the affected area before going to bed.
For itching you should avoid oily,ZUNK,fast ,and packed food items and sour things , red chills instead of red chills you should use green chillies
