My age is 40 and i didn't get my periods from one year Can i take this,i havea daughter of 10 years and iam unable to conceive since 8 years,canI take this she care syrup to balance my harmones

Vrudhivatika vati 20gm
2gm. Mix all and make 60 packs and take with warm milk or hot water 2 times a day half hr before food.
Shatavari churna Ashwagandha
Churna

seed churna
and meash well and store in sealed glass
container. Take daily 5 6 gms with milk or
hot water at bed time.
Do yoga pranayam.
Eat healthy and naturally food
