My age is 40 and i didn't get my periods from one year Can i take this,i havea daughter of 10 years and iam unable to conceive since 8 years,canI take this she care syrup to balance my harmones

Turmeric Triphla Yashtimadhu Ashoka methii Haritaki churna. Mix all Giloy sat 10gm Mukta pisthi 4gm Kaharava pisthi 5gm punarnavadi mandur 20gm Vrudhivatika vati 20gm 2gm. Mix all and make 60 packs and take with warm milk or hot water 2 times a day half hr before food. Shatavari churna Ashwagandha Churna churna seed churna and meash well and store in sealed glass container. Take daily 5 6 gms with milk or hot water at bed time. Do yoga pranayam. Eat healthy and naturally food
