Sarvkalp kwath 200gm,mulethi kwath 100gm . 1tsp +400ml water boil upto 100ml remains drink half hr before food 2 times a day ●Trikatu churna 50gm,praval pisthi 10gm,godanti churna 10gm,baheda churna 20gm,shilasindur 2gm,tamr basma 1gm,mukta posthi 4 gm. Make 60 paks and take harf hr before food 2 times a day. ●Kainchnar guggulu 60gm,vrudhivatika vati 40gm,arogyavardhani vati 40 gm. Take 1-1 tabs each after food 2 times a day
