Concerns About My Mother's Thyroid and Blood Pressure - #50231

My mother has Thyroid only using 50mg earlier and changed to 25mg 1 month before. recently she got BP and using Ayurvedic medicine.Now from past couple of days BP is increasing and getting chest pain also some times. Please suggest what may be the reason.

Takr 1ts both add 400 ml water boil til 100 ml reaming and drink it before food morning night
Kanchnar guggulu 60 gm
Vrudhivadhika vati 40gm
Arogyavardhani vati 40 gm
Take all 3 tabls after foor 3 times a day
For blood pressure
Arjuna
Ashwgand
Jatamasi
Punarnava
Bramhi

Take all churna al drink in after food twice a daily

Kanchnaar guggulu vati ki used  1tab bd after meal with dasmoolaarista 2tsf bd  , healthy diet , no usrd spicy food or oily food  etc.
