I have hypothyroidism, pcod & mild anemia.... My periods is missing always.... Not regular... Whats the solution

2. take dil seeds and soked with cow ghee and than take 6 month morning 6 am empty stomch with water
than take rice with milk with sandhav namak
after hungry take normal foods
do 100 jump and 12 suryanamaskar
tab hyponidid 2-2-2 aftr food
do nasya with cow ghee 2 drop each nostril
get good result in 45 days
