Hello, Your symptoms suggest that your thyroid may be getting imbalanced again after stopping medication. This is quite common in hyperthyroidism especially if medicine is stopped early or without tapering. Also, missed periods, weight loss face thinning, and poor sleep are important signals First a reality check Even if you dont want medicines, you must confirm your current thyroid status before deciding anything, without this treatment is guesswork Ayurvedic view This condition is mainly due to -pitta + vata imbalance -metabolism becoming irregular -hormonal disturbance affecting menstrual cycle What you should do now 1) First step very important -get thyroid profile + hemoglobin + prolactin (if periods absent) -do not assume it is hyper or hypo again Internal management 1) Kanchanar guggulu= 1 tab twice daily after meals = helps regulate thyroid swelling and hormones 2) Guluchyadi kashayam= 15ml with equal water twice daily before meals =balances pitta and improves metabolism 3) Manasmitra vatakam= 1 tab at night = for stress, sleep, and hormonal balance 4) Dhatri lehyam= 1 tsp daily morning = improves strength , weight balance, and periods Diet You mentioned processed food-> this is worsening your condition -home cooked simple food -moong dal, rice, ghee small amount -fruits = banana, apple, pomegranate -coconut water -cow milk you reduced too much-> don’t completely stop take moderately Avoid -processed and packaged food -excess sugar you already reduced- good -tea,coffee excess -spicy, fried, junk food Lifestyle correction -sleep before 11 pm ((very important for hormones) -daily 20-30 min walking -practice= Anulom Vilom, bhramari for sleep + stress About your periods -Missing periods for 2 months is Not normal. It can due to -thyroid imbalance -weight change -hormonal disruption If periods dont come in next 2-4 weeks- consult Important truth don’t ignore -Hyperthroidism can come back if treatment is incomplete -Ayurveda helps but monitoring is essential -Complete avoiding all medicine is not soft if levels rise again Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

Hyperthyroidism completely lifestyle se control nahi hota. Agar wo dubara activate hota hai, to medicine zaroori hoti hai. –Dawa nahi leni” samajh aata hai, lekin thyroid ek hormone disorder hai — isme sirf diet se control possible nahi hota. –Thyroid diseases flip bhi ho sakti hain (hyper → hypo ya normal → hyper Firstly Aapko test karwana hi padega: – Blood test: TSH T3 T4 Jitni jaldi ho sake (delay mat karein) –Better diet: Ghar ka simple khana (roti, dal, sabzi) Protein: dahi, paneer, eggs (agar lete ho) Fruits daily Nuts (badam, akhrot) —Avoid: Bahut zyada processed snacks Excess chai/coffee Extreme dieting - Milk kam karna zaroori nahi tha — normal le sakti ho— milk+ pinch hldi, ilaychi ---------Sone se 1 ghanta pehle phone band Raat ko heavy sochna avoid Light walk daily —Rx- 1. Amyron Syrup 2 tsp सुबह + 2 tsp शाम (weakness + hormonal support) 2. Amycordial Tablet 1-1 tablet सुबह-शाम (periods balance) 3. Ashwagandha Capsule 1 capsule रात (sleep + stress) – Diet Ghar ka simple khana Sugar, junk, processed food avoid —Important Aapke symptoms (periods miss + sleep issue) = thyroid imbalance ka signal - TSH, T3, T4 test zaroor karvao - Sirf Ayurveda se control har case me possible nahi hota

Aap jo feel kar rahi hain, wo is baat ka sanket hai ki thyroid imbalance phir se surface par aa raha hai. Hyperthyroidism me symptoms dab jaate hain, lekin root imbalance reh jaata hai, isliye medicine band karte hi dheere-dheere wapas aa sakta hai. Period delay, neend ki problem aur weight/face changes isi ka hissa hain. Sabse important baat yeh hai ki bina proper guidance ke medicine band karna theek nahi hota. Abhi condition ko control me lana zaroori hai, warna cycle aur hormones aur disturb ho sakte hain. Ayurvedic support ke liye Praval Pishti 125 mg din me 2 baar aur Kamdudha Ras 1 tablet din me 2 baar khane ke baad lein, yeh Pitta ko control karta hai aur heat symptoms ko shant karta hai. Saath me Brahmi Vati 1 tablet raat ko lein, isse neend aur mind calm hota hai. Diet me doodh completely band karna zaroori nahi hai, balki light aur balanced diet rakhein. Zyada spicy, fried aur processed food avoid karein. Ghar ka simple khana, thoda ghee, fruits jaise anar aur seb le sakti hain. Daily routine me late night jagna band karein, raat ko 10–10:30 tak sone ki aadat dalein. Screen time kam karein aur halka walk ya yoga shuru karein, kyunki stress bhi thyroid ko trigger karta hai. Sabse important, ek baar thyroid profile dubara check karwayein aur uske basis par hi aage ka plan decide karein. Sirf symptoms dekh kar ignore karna theek nahi hai. Sahi treatment aur routine se thyroid ko wapas stable kiya ja sakta hai aur symptoms control me aa jaate hain.

Ye kafi confusing aur pareshan karne wali situation ho sakti hai, khaas karke jab reports normal dikhaye par sharir kuch aur hi mehsoos kare. 24 ki umar mein hormonal changes body par kafi asar dalte hain. Sabse pehle ek zaroori baat: Hyperthyroidism (zyada thyroid hormone) aur Hypothyroidism (kam thyroid hormone) do alag raste hain. Agar aapne hyperthyroidism ki dawa li aur ab vajan badh gaya hai aur periods ruk gaye hain, toh ho sakta hai ki body ab “Hypo” side ki taraf ja rahi ho, ya phir hormonal imbalance ho raha ho. Dawa bina doctor ki salah ke chodna risky ho sakta hai kyunki thyroid ek sensitive gland hai. Yahan kuch steps hain jo aapki madad kar sakte hain: 1. Repeat Testing (The “Gold Standard”) Aapka 20 Feb ka report normal tha, lekin ab April shuru ho chuka hai aur aapko symptoms (neend na aana, periods miss hona) ab feel ho rahe hain. Fresh Blood Test: Ek baar fir se TSH, Free T4, aur Free T3 ka test karwayein. Kabhi-kabhi “Subclinical” levels hote hain jo reports mein border line par hote hain par symptoms bade dete hain. Sonography: Agar gale mein sujan lag rahi ho, toh Thyroid Ultrasound zaroori ho sakta hai. 2. Periods aur Face ka Patla Hona 2 mahine se periods na aana ek bada signal hai. Ye sirf thyroid nahi, balki PCOS ya extreme stress ki wajah se bhi ho sakta hai. Chehra patla hona aur vajan ka uneven badhna ye darshata hai ki body mein Cortisol (stress hormone) ya metabolic rate sahi nahi hai. Aapko ek Gynecologist se milna chahiye taaki periods na aane ki wajah clear ho sake. 3. Lifestyle aur Diet Tips (Bina Dawa ke Support) Agar aap dawa nahi lena chahte, toh focus in cheezon par karein: Sleep Hygiene: Raat ko neend nahi aane se thyroid aur bigadta hai. Sone se 1 ghante pehle mobile band karein aur Ashwagandha ya Garlic milk (agar suit kare) try karein. Protein aur Healthy Fats: Aapne sugar aur bahar ka khana band kiya, wo bahut accha hai. Lekin chehra patla ho raha hai matlab nutrition kam pad raha hai. Diet mein nuts, paneer, dal, aur sprouts badhayein. Iodine ka Balance: Agar Hyperthyroidism ki history hai, toh iodine-rich salt zyada na lein. Cruciferous Vegetables: Agar hypo ke symptoms hain, toh kacha cabbage ya broccoli na khayein, hamesha paka kar khayein. 4. Stress Management Thyroid ka seedha connection stress se hai. Roz 15-20 minute Pranayam (Anulom-Vilom) karein. Ye hormones ko balance karne mein natural tarike se madad karta hai. Prescription : Kanchanar Guggulu: 2 tablet din mein do baar (subah-shaam), khane ke baad halkay gungune pani ke saath. (Ye thyroid glands ki sujan aur imbalance mein madad karta hai). Ashwagandha Churna: 1 chammach (3g) raat ko sone se pehle gungune doodh ya pani ke saath. (Ye aapki neend behtar karega aur stress kam karke hormones balance karega). Punarnavarishta: 15ml dawai ko 15ml pani mein milakar din mein do baar, khane ke baad lein. (Ye sharir ke uneven vajan aur sujan ko control karne mein madad karega).
