Yeh pattern aksar Type 2 Diabetes ya pre-diabetes me dekha jata hai, lekin exact diagnosis ke liye HbA1c test zaroori hota hai. –Best options Moong dal khichdi (bina ghee ya very light ghee) Lauki / tori / karela ki sabzi (bahut useful Kapha balance ke liye) 1–2 phulka (gehun + barley mix ho to aur achha) Haldi wala garam pani ya jeera pani —Kya avoid karein Dahi raat me (Kapha badhata hai) Chawal, sweet items Aloo, heavy fried food Late dinner (Kapha raat me naturally badhta hai) ---- Raat ke liye Dinner surya ast se 2–3 ghante pehle Khane ke baad 10–20 min halki walk Sone se pehle garam pani sip karna Din me chinta/stress kam karna (Vata balance ke liye important) —Karela (bitter gourd) juice Neem leaves 2 leaves daily Methi dana 1 tsf soaked in 1 glass water

180 sugar khane ke 2 ghante baad high hai, diet control zaruri hai. Raat me 2 chapati + sabzi + salad Moong dal/soup le sakte hain Rice, sweets, cold drinks avoid karein Dinner jaldi aur halka karein Ayurvedic support Madhunashini Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food. Gudmar Churna 3 grams with warm water morning and evening. Daily 30–45 minutes walking karein. Regular sugar monitoring zaruri hai.
