Do not start Medohar Guggulu routinely in long-standing thyroid cases. You are already on Thyronorm for 15–20 years, so your condition is likely stable hypothyroidism. Medohar Guggulu is mainly for obesity/kapha–meda disorders and can disturb thyroid levels or interact with your medicine. Short Ayurvedic support (safe with Thyronorm) 1. For metabolism (agni support) Kanchanar Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after food 2. For energy and stress Ashwagandha Churna – 3–5 g at night with warm milk 3.
