How can I balance my hormone levels and reduce hair loss? - #50765
Hi! I am Semih, 31, male. My dhea s is a bit higher than normal for over 3 years. And since then, i have excessive hair loss on top (being bald in a year), excessive sebum production especially scalp, chest, back, shoulders and all over the head, excessive hair growth on ears etc. acne also. And my testesterone levels are almost near the highest limit, if it helps Vitamins, insulin resistance, dietary are normal as the results say. The only thing abnormal is hormone test results as i said earlier. My doctor didnt want to prescribe anti androgen pills as their side effects are may be more sophisticated. Plus, i had MR of adrenal thru ultrasound, they all seem normal. So, what can i use to balance hormone or if it helps, how can i block dhea production, which i think if i block it i’ll forget sebum overproduction, hair loss etc? Thanks.
