–Your thyroid nodule is benign and your thyroid function is normal, which is reassuring. At this size (2 × 3 cm), we usually just monitor it with an ultrasound. –Treatment 1)Kanchanar Guggulu – 2 tablets Twice daily after food with lukewarm water 2)Varunadi Kashayam – 15 ml + 15 ml warm water Twice daily before food 3)Punarnava Mandur – 1 tablet Twice daily after food – Pathya (Diet Advice) Avoid very oily, fried, heavy foods Reduce excess dairy Use warm, light diet Prefer barley, green gram, cooked vegetables – Lifestyle Advice Daily mild exercise / brisk walking 30 min Avoid day sleep Practice Pranayama (Anulom Vilom) — Follow-up Review after 6 weeks Repeat thyroid profile & ultrasound as advised after 6 weeks
