I am working as an Ayurvedic consultant right now, seeing people both face to face and through online consults, which honestly lets me connect with patients far beyond where I live. My focus is always on patient centered care—designing treatment plans that blend Ayurveda with modern insights, helping with digestion issues, autoimmune conditions, skin troubles, lifestyle disoders and more. I try to keep the plans realistic, sustainable, not something impossible to follow. At same time I am pursuing MD in Panchakarma at a university in Gujarat, where the tradition of Ayurveda is strong and respected. Studying Panchakarma in depth while also practicing makes me refine my protocols again and agian, keeping them precise and evidence based. Balancing academics with practice is not easy, but I feel it keeps me updated and also grounded in real patient needs. This combination is what I consider my biggest achievment till now!!

I am mostly working around Panchakarma and related therapies because that feels like the heart of Ayurveda to me. I studied this area deeply and still learning more, since the detox and rejuvenation it provides can literally change how a patient feels from day to day. Procedures like emesis, purgation or enema are not random, they need careful prep with oiling and sweating, and when done right they help energy and immunity come back stronger. I also see a lot of musculoskeletal cases—arthritis, sciatica, back pain. Using herbal fomentation, oil retention and yoga plans, I focus on reducing inflamation and getting mobility back without pushing toward invasive steps. Autoimune disorders are another field where Ayurveda really help, with Panchakarma and lifestyle changes reducing flare ups in thyroid or joint swelling. Skin issues like psoriasis and eczema need cleansing from inside, plus local treatments like buttermilk pouring or herbal pastes. For diabetes, obesity, and hypertension, I combine diet work, stress reduction, and therapies that regulate metabolism. Stroke recovery too is part of my practice—gentle oil massages, mild enemas, exercises to restore strength and independence slowly. Every plan is personal, sometimes small shift in food timing or routines make the bigest difference. My aim is not quick relief only but long term balance, guiding patients with compassion and practical steps that they can actually follow.
Achievements:
I have actively contributed to the advancement of Ayurvedic knowledge by participating in national conferences, where I presented papers and received certificates for my work. Notably, I participated in Atacon 2025, organized by the Ayurveda Teachers Association, where I shared insights on holistic healing approaches. Additionally, I presented a paper at the National Conference on Integrated Approach towards Liver Disorders in 2025, earning recognition for my case studies on managing chronic conditions through integrative Ayurveda and modern medicine protocols. My most fulfilling achievements stem from successfully treating patients with complex conditions, demonstrating the efficacy of personalized Ayurvedic protocols tailored to individual constitutions and imbalances: • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): I have effectively managed IBS cases, achieving significant symptom relief within weeks. By restoring digestive balance through detoxification therapies like therapeutic purgation and customized dietary plans with sattvic foods and digestive spices, patients experience reduced bloating, regularized bowel movements, and improved well-being, often after conventional treatments fell short. • Ankylosing Spondylitis: My work with ankylosing spondylitis has helped patients alleviate pain and enhance spinal mobility. Using targeted oil retention therapies, joint-strengthening yoga, and dosha-balancing regimens, I enable patients to manage stiffness and inflammation, supporting long-term mobility and slowing disease progression. • Psoriasis: I have guided patients with psoriasis toward remission of flare-ups. Through blood-purifying therapies, cooling herbal applications, and lifestyle adjustments to address triggers, patients achieve clearer skin, reduced itching, and sustainable results, moving away from reliance on temporary solutions like steroids. • Insomnia: My holistic approach has helped patients overcome insomnia, restoring restful sleep. Calming therapies like oil pouring on the forehead, combined with pranayama and meditation, address stress-related dosha imbalances, leading to improved sleep quality, reduced anxiety, and enhanced daytime energy. • Diabetes Mellitus: I have supported patients with diabetes in stabilizing blood sugar levels and improving vitality. Through metabolic-regulating diets, rejuvenative therapies, and tailored yoga practices, patients experience better energy, weight management, and prevention of complications, reducing dependency on medications.

I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance.My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids.
