Namaste, Feeling excess body heat, mild elevation in CRP, and hair fall can sometimes be related to chronic stress, inflammation in the body, or metabolic imbalance. Stress itself can contribute to both increased body heat sensation and hair shedding in some people. Simple measures that may help: Try to manage stress through yoga, meditation, or breathing exercises. Ensure adequate hydration and include cooling foods like cucumber, coconut water, and seasonal fruits if suitable. Avoid excessive spicy, fried, and very processed foods, as they may increase internal heat. Maintain regular sleep and balanced meals, which support overall hormonal and metabolic balance. Since CRP indicates inflammation in the body, it is also important to monitor it with your doctor and identify any underlying cause. Ayurvedic medicines sometimes used to support cooling balance and hair health include: Amalaki (Amla) – traditionally used to support cooling balance and hair health. Bhringraj – commonly used in Ayurveda to support hair strength and scalp health. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.

Body heat can give rise to hairfall, but crp is not connected, as crp indicates inflammation, Start with Amalaki Rasayan 1-0-1 will help for all three, reduce heat as amla is a good coolant, Reduce hairfall as amla is good for hair and skin. As amla has high vitamin c will also help in reducing inflammation Apply Neelibhringadi Hair oil on scalp twice weekly keep overnight and morning wash with mild herbal shampoo, will strengthen hair roots. Aloevera juice 10ml twice daily after food with water will help Cool your system naturally Also soak overnight coriander seeds jeera seeds fennel seeds, morning strain and drink empty stomach before breakfast will cool your system. To reduce crp. Take Giloy ghanvati 1-0-1 after food with water, will improve your immunity and reduce inflammation. Avoid processed spicy fast foods. Do pranayam lom -vilom bhastrika bhamri 5-10mins twice daily.

–Your body heat, slightly high CRP, and hair fall can be related because CRP shows inflammation in the body, and inflammation or stress can also cause hair fall and a feeling of heat. It’s better to check vitamins like Vitamin D, B12, iron, and thyroid levels. –Diagnosis: Pitta aggravation with inflammation leading to hair fall. —Rx: 1)Amla Churna – 3 g with water twice daily after food. 2)Guduchi Satva – 500 mg twice daily with lukewarm water. 3)Bhringraj Churna – 3 g at night with water. 4)Bhringraj Oil – Apply to scalp, gentle massage at night, 3–4 times/week. —Diet & Advice: Take coconut water, amla, and soaked raisins. Avoid spicy, fried, and very hot foods. Reduce stress and ensure proper sleep.

HELLO, Your symptoms- body heat, slightly hih CRP, and hairfall for > 6 months- can indeed be inter related, especially from ayurvedic view. In Ayurveda this pattern often indicates pitta aggravation with rakta dhatu imbalance and low tissue nourishment 1) EXCESS BODY HEAT Usually due to aggravated Pitta dosha. Causes include -stress -excess spicy/fried food -irregular sleep -gut inflammation -excess screen exposure SYMPTOMS -body heat sensation -burning palms/soles -irritability -hair fall -acidity 2) HIGH CRP CRP indicates systemic inflammation In Ayurveda this corresponds to -ama accumulation -impure blood -pitta aggravation This inflammatory state can affect -scalp circulation -hair follicles 3) HAIR FALL In Ayurveda hair is a by product of asthi dhatu Hair fall occurs when -pitta aggravates the scalp -rakta Dhatu becomes impure -nutritional tissue supply weakens -stress increases vata Thus your symptoms likely follow this chain -stress-> pitta aggravation-> inflammation (CRP)->.scalp heat-> hair fall MANAGEMENT FOCUSES ON -cooling pitta -purifying blood -reducing inflammation -nourishing hair follicles INTERNAL MANAGEMENT FOR PITTA AND BODY HEAT 1) PRAVAL PISHTI= 250 mg twice daily with honey after meals 2) GILOY STAVA = 500 mg twice daily after meals with warm water =both reduces inflammation, lowers CRP, balances immunity FOR BLOOD PURIFICATION 3) MAHAMANJISTHADI KASHAYA= 15ml twice daily after meals with warm water =purifies rakta Dhatu, reduces skin/scalp heat, supports hair health FOR HAIR FALL -BRINGARAJ CAPSULE= 1 cap twice daily after meals =strengthen hair roots, reduces hair fall, cools scalp FOR STRESS SUPPORT -BRAHMI VATI= 1 tab twice daily after meals =reduces stress induced hairfall, improves sleep, balances pitta EXTERNAL TREATMENT HAIR OIL= BRINGARAJ + AMLA OIL -apply 3 times per week keep overnight =this cools scalp and improves blood flow DIET FOR REDUCING BODY HEAT -eat more coconut water -amla -pomegranate -ghee 1 tsp daily -soaked almonds -pumpkin -bottle gourd AVOID -spicy food -excess tea, coffee -fried food -red chilli -alcohol -late night eating DAILY COOLING REMEDIES MORNING -1 tsp amla powder + warm water AFTERNOON -coriander seed water NIGHT -1 tsp ghee in warm milk LIFESTYLE Important for CRP reduction -sleep before 11 pm -20 min daily walking -yoga and meditation -reduce screen time at night BEST YOGA -sheetali -anulom vilom -shashankasana Since hairfall is chronic (> 6 months), rule out -vitamin D -vitamin B12 -Ferritin -Thyroid profile -CRP repeat Deficiency often worsen hairfall EXPECTED RECOVERY -Body heat improves-> 3-4 weeks -CRP normalize-> 4-6weeks -Hairfall reduces-> 6-8 weeks Hair regrowth takes 3-4 months Your symptoms are likely connected through pitta inflammation and rakta imbalance. Cooling therapy + blood purification + stress management usually works very well. DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU
