Avoid raw food, refrigerated food, reheated food, deep fries, aerated drinks. 2. Avoid outside food. 3. Drink 2 liters of boiled and then cooled to room temperature water a day. 4. Namaste, Difficulty in breathing with chest whistling can happen in asthma due to narrowing of the airways. Since you also had a heart attack last July, it is important to monitor symptoms carefully and not ignore persistent breathing problems. Simple measures that may help: Avoid dust, smoke, cold air, and strong fragrances, as these may trigger asthma symptoms. Practice gentle breathing exercises and slow deep breathing if comfortable. Keep using your prescribed inhaler as advised by your doctor and do not stop it suddenly. Prefer warm foods and warm water, and avoid very cold drinks or refrigerated foods. If you notice severe breathlessness, chest pain, or sudden worsening of symptoms, seek medical help immediately. Ayurvedic medicines sometimes used to support respiratory health include: Sitopaladi Churna – traditionally used to support respiratory health and help reduce cough and mucus. Talisadi Churna – sometimes used to support breathing comfort and throat health. Since you have a history of asthma and previous heart attack, it is important to continue regular follow-up with your doctor. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.
