What to do for asthma symptoms after chest surgery and weight gain? - #54216

In year 2006, i had a small surgery beacuse the water accumulated in my chest due to typhoid. Since then I have developed astma symtoms.And i am not on any medication from then whever things gets worse then only take medicines or used home remedies.My height is 5.1 only and i have put on weight due to my sitting job. My current weight is 65. I don't eat fast food and all. I also check up and test, thought it might be thyroid but by god's grace , i dont have any issue. The only thing is i can't walk much, get tired or started whisteling noice and also can't climb the stairs. I am just fed up. wanted to come to see the doctor there but tomorrow is sunday and i think your hospital remans closed on sundays. Please help me.

You have been dealing with long-standing asthma-like breathing symptoms since 2006, now with: Wheezing / whistling sound Breathlessness on walking or stairs Easy fatigue Weight gain Interrupted sleep Symptoms worsening with exertion This is understandably frustrating. But the good news is: this can often improve significantly with proper evaluation and regular treatment. You should not have to “manage only when worse.” In Ayurveda , This resembles Tamaka Shwasa with Kapha-Vata aggravation, causing airway narrowing, mucus tendency, wheeze, and fatigue.
