Can I use standardized extract of Ephedra Gerardiana for bronchitis instead of tea? - #55207
I'm looking for capsules, tablets or powder with standardized extract from Ephedra Gerardiana for easier breathing (diagnosed with bronchitis). My physician prescribed Ventolin (inhaler) for acute respiratory distress and Temazepam (because of sleep issues due to coughing). I have made Somlata tea from the herb and that prevents respitory attacks very well during the day, but I don't like the time it takes to make in the morning and the taste is not great. So I'd rather use tablets or capsules (or powder that I can put in capsules myself) with standardised extract. I made the tea from 'normal' powder (not standardised extract) and it is too much to put into capsules. Do you know a brand or a shop for standardised extract? Kind regards, Kees Bouwmaker from the Netherlands
