Diet & Lifestyle (Pathya-Apathya) The “Sun Shield”: If the 18-year-old must go out, suggest consuming a glass of Mishri-Saunf Sherbet (fennel and rock sugar drink) or Amla juice before leaving. This provides an internal cooling buffer. Hydration: Use copper-vessel water or water infused with Usheera (Vetiver) to keep the body temperature regulated.
