Prabhavi Ayurvedic Aushadhiyan (Medicines) Bachhon ke liye ye aushadhiyan bohot safe aur asardaar hain. Aap kisi paas ke Ayurvedic chikitsak se milkar inki sahi matra (dosage) shuru karwa sakte hain: Sitopaladi Churna: Yeh khansi aur sans ki allergy ke liye sabse best hai. Kaise lein: 500 mg (lagbhag aadha chammach se kam) Sitopaladi Churna mein 1 chammach shahad (honey) aur thoda sa ghee milakar chatayein. Agastya Haritaki Rasayana: Yeh respiratory system ki immunity badhane ke liye ek behtareen tonic hai. Kaise lein: Aadho se ek chammach subah-shaam gungune pani ya doodh ke sath. Swas Kas Chintamani Ras (Gold): Agar takleef bohot zyada badhi hui ho, toh doctor ki salah se iski bohot dhi-dhi matra shahad ke sath di jaati hai. Haridra Khand: Allergy (Nose allergy) ke liye yeh sabse kargar dawa hai. Kaise lein: Aadho chammach gungune doodh ke sath raat ko. 2. Isse jama hua kapha pighal kar nikal jata hai. Anu Tailam (Nasyam): Roz subah bachhe ki dono naak mein 1-1 boond Anu Tailam ya shuddh gaay ka ghee dalein. Yeh nose allergy ke liye ramvaan hai. 3. Pathya-Apathya (Kya khayein aur kya nahi?) Ayurveda mein parhez ko aadha ilaaj maana gaya hai. Jab tak aap parhez nahi karenge, dawaiyan poori tarah asar nahi karengi Kya Khilayein (Do’s) * Gunguna pani pine ko dein. * Purana chawal, moong dal, aur halka khana. * Khane mein haldi, jeera, adrak, aur kali mirch ka use karein.
