Somlata (Ephedra) is known for relieving Shwasa (asthma) because it helps open the airways. However, it is: Ushna (heating) and stimulant in nature Can increase heart rate and blood pressure In your case: Because you have: Heart stents (cardiac history) High blood pressure it may put extra strain on the heart.
