●तुलसी का काढ़ा: 1 कप पानी में 1 चम्मच तुलसी को 1 मिनट तक उबालें। इसे गर्म ही पी लें। इससे बुखार और वायरल संक्रमण में आराम मिलता है। ●पारंपरिक सर्दी-जुकाम के घरेलू उपचार • सितोपलादा पाउडर - 1 भाग • महा सुदर्शन पाउडर - 1 भाग मात्रा: 1 चम्मच शहद के साथ 1 चम्मच दिन में 2-3 बार भोजन के बाद लें। ●नाक संबंधी देखभाल घृत नस्य: सुबह और शाम प्रत्येक नथुने में 3-5 बूंद गुनगुना घी डालें। इससे • सूखापन • छींक आना • जलन में आराम मिलता है। ●श्वास द्वारा प्राणायाम • कपालभाति (हल्का) • अनुलोम-विलोम (बिना कामक के) ये व्यायाम श्वसन मार्ग को साफ करते हैं।

आपकी बेटी में बार-बार सर्दी-खांसी, छींक, मौसम बदलने पर तकलीफ़, पसलियाँ चलना (breathing difficulty) और एलर्जी जैसे लक्षण आयुर्वेद अनुसार मुख्यतः कफ-वात प्रकोप और कमजोर श्वसन प्रतिरोधक क्षमता (Vyadhikshamatva) की ओर संकेत करते हैं।
बच्चों में एलर्जी, बार-बार छींक, कफ और त्वचा एलर्जी में Haridrakhand लाभकारी माना जाता है।
4 साल की बच्ची को सामान्यतः:
1–2 ग्राम (लगभग ¼ छोटी चम्मच)
दिन में 2 बार,
भोजन के बाद गुनगुने दूध या पानी के साथ दे सकते हैं।
लगातार 6–8 सप्ताह तक दें
साथ में ये उपाय बहुत लाभ देंगे
रात में हल्दी वाला गुनगुना दूध थोड़ा दें
ठंडी चीजें, ice cream, cold drinks, ज्यादा दही, banana रात में बंद करें
धूल, तेज perfume, smoke से बचाएँ
कमरे में धूल कम रखें, bedding नियमित धूप में रखें
सुबह-शाम हल्का steam (बहुत हल्का) दे सकते हैं
शहद + चुटकी हल्दी (यदि बच्ची को suit करे) दिन में 1 बार दे सकते हैं
