6 साल की बच्ची में बार-बार जुकाम/नाक बहना आयुर्वेद में कफ दोष + कमज़ोर इम्युनिटी (ओज) से जुड़ा होता है। लक्ष्य है कफ कम करना और प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाना।
आयुर्वेदिक उपचार
1. औषधि
सितोपलादि चूर्ण (Sitopaladi Churna)
1/4 चम्मच + शहद, दिन में 2 बार
च्यवनप्राश (Chyawanprash)
1/2 चम्मच सुबह दूध के साथ (इम्युनिटी के लिए)
अनु तेल (Anu Taila)
1–1 बूंद नाक में, दिन में 1 बार (नाक बहना कम करता है)
2. घरेलू उपाय:
गुनगुना पानी पिलाएं, ठंडी चीजें बंद
हल्दी वाला दूध रात को
भाप (steam) 5 मिनट, दिन में 1 बार
डाइट व परहेज:
✔ गरम, हल्का भोजन (मूंग दाल, सूप, खिचड़ी)
✔ तुलसी-अदरक का हल्का काढ़ा (कम मात्रा में)
❌ ठंडी चीजें, आइसक्रीम, दही (रात में), पैकेज्ड जूस बंद
❌ ज्यादा तला-भुना और मीठा कम करें
दिनचर्या:
रोज़ हल्की धूप और खेल (इम्युनिटी बढ़ती है)
सोते समय सिर ढककर रखें, ठंडी हवा से बचाएं
