आपकी बेटी में बार-बार जुकाम आना प्राणवह स्रोतस की कमजोरी (Respiratory immunity low) और कफ वृद्धि का संकेत है। आयुर्वेद में इसका उपचार रोग प्रतिरोधक शक्ति बढ़ाने और कफ संतुलन पर आधारित होता है। औषधि (Medicines) सितोपलादि चूर्ण (Baidyanath / Dabur) ➤ 1–2 ग्राम + शहद के साथ, दिन में 2 बार तालीसादी चूर्ण (Baidyanath) ➤ 1 ग्राम + शहद, दिन में 2 बार (खांसी में विशेष लाभ) संशमनी वटी (Dabur / Baidyanath) ➤ 1 गोली दिन में 2 बार गुनगुने पानी से (इम्युनिटी के लिए) च्यवनप्राश (Dabur / Zandu) ➤ 1 छोटा चम्मच रोज सुबह दूध के साथ अवधि: कम से कम 2–3 महीने नियमित दें घरेलू उपाय तुलसी + अदरक + काली मिर्च का काढ़ा (हल्का) दिन में 1 बार रात को सोते समय गुनगुना दूध + हल्दी नाक में 1–1 बूंद गाय का घी (नस्य) – सुबह परहेज (Avoid) ठंडी चीजें (आइसक्रीम, फ्रिज का पानी) दही, केला रात में ज्यादा मीठा और तला हुआ खाना डाइट प्लान हल्का, गर्म और ताजा भोजन मूंग दाल, सूप, खिचड़ी हल्दी, जीरा, अजवाइन का उपयोग गुनगुना पानी पिलाएं Regards Dr Shashank Aggarwal Ayurveda consultant BAMS l PGDIP
