For breathing difficulty with gallbladder stones, first continue follow-up with your chest specialist because persistent breathing symptoms need proper evaluation. Ayurvedic support for gallbladder stones and digestion: Arogyavardhini Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food Punarnavadi Kashayam 15 ml + equal water twice daily before food Kumaryasava 15 ml with equal water after meals twice daily For breathing support: Sitopaladi churna 3 g + honey twice daily Steam inhalation once daily Avoid Oily, fried, heavy non-veg food Cold drinks and overeating

From an Ayurvedic perspective, your symptoms suggest two separate imbalances: Pranavaha Srotas (respiratory channels) disturbance and Pitta–Kapha imbalance affecting the gallbladder (Yakrit–Pittashaya). Simple Ayurvedic Guidance 1. For breathing difficulty (Shwasa imbalance): Take steam inhalation with Ajwain (carom seeds) once daily Use warm water only, avoid cold drinks and curd at night Light chest massage with sesame oil + a pinch of camphor (if tolerated) Practice slow pranayama (Anulom Vilom, Bhramari) if breath allows 2. For gallbladder stones (5 mm): Follow low-fat, light, Pitta-pacifying diet Avoid: fried food, cheese, egg yolk, red meat, very spicy food Include: barley water, green vegetables, bitter gourd (karela), amla 3. Ayurvedic supportive herbs Punarnava – supports liver & fluid balance Gokshura + Kutki – helps Pitta regulation Triphala at night (gentle detox support) Important If breathing is not improving despite inhalers, re-evaluation by a pulmonologist is necessary. Gallbladder stones may remain silent, but pain, fever, or vomiting needs urgent medical care.

I understand you are feeling frustrated because your breathing issues have not improved despite taking your prescribed inhaler and antacids. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Breathing difficulties do not start in the lungs; they actually start in the stomach. When your digestive fire becomes weak or sluggish, your food does not digest completely. This creates two main issues in your body: 1. Upward Pressure - Gas and digestive toxins accumulate in your stomach and press upward against your diaphragm. This physical pressure disturbs your normal breathing patterns, creating a heavy or breathless feeling that standard inhalers cannot fully resolve because the root cause is in the gut. 2. Gallbladder Stones 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 1) Arogyavardhini vati- 1 tablet toys a day after meal with lukewarm water 2) Kanchanar gugglu- 2 tablet twice a day after meal with luke warm water 3) sitopaladi churna+ shringa bhasma- 2gm+1 pinch twice a day before meal mix them together with one teaspoon of honey 4) kumaryasava- 15 ml twice a day after meal mix with equal amount of warm water 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 What to Eat and Drink: Sip lukewarm water throughout the day. This reduces gas pressure and supports the gallbladder. Include ginger, cumin (jeera), and turmeric in your cooking to help your body process food faster. Eat Fresh, Warm Meals: Stick to easily digestible foods like khichdi, vegetable soups, and boiled lentils. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 What to Avoid Strictly Avoid deep-fried items, heavy oils, butter, and processed foods. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Avoid ice-cold water, curd, and heavy dairy products, as they increase congestion and worsen your breathing.

Hello, It is completely understandable to feel frustrated when you’ve been dealing with breathing issues for nearly a month and aren’t seeing any improvement from your current treatment. Because breathing difficulty can stem from various underlying issues—including respiratory, cardiac, or gastrointestinal factors—your immediate priority should be to follow up with your pulmonologist/chest specialist or seek a second conventional medical opinion. This is especially critical if you experience severe shortness of breath, chest pain, or a high fever. In Ayurveda, breathing difficulties like dyspnea are broadly classified under Shwasa Roga. Interestingly, your gallbladder stones (Pitta Ashmari) and the prescription of antacids (Pantocid DSR, Digeraft) suggest a strong gastrointestinal link. Ayurveda closely connects the digestive tract (Annavaha Srotas) and the respiratory tract (Pranavaha Srotas). An imbalance in Pitta and Kapha can lead to sluggish digestion (Agnimandya) and accumulation of toxins (Ama). This digestive distress and upward gas movement (Anulomana failure) can physically mimic or exacerbate breathing issues by exerting pressure on the diaphragm a condition often aligning with Amashayauttha Shwasa (breathing issues originating from the stomach). Prescription To address the root digestive imbalance and clear the respiratory pathways, the following KAP formulations are traditionally utilized. For Respiratory Comfort & Clearing Kapha: 1. Kanakasavam: 15 ml to 20 ml taken twice daily, mixed with an equal quantity of lukewarm water, after meals. Agasthya Rasayanam: 1 teaspoon (approx. 10 grams) taken twice daily after food, followed by a few sips of warm water. For Digestion, Pitta Balance & Gallbladder Support: 2. Alsactil Tablet / Capsule: 1 to 2 tablets taken twice daily, 30 minutes before food. Avipathi Choornam: 1 teaspoon (approx. 3–5 grams) taken once daily at bedtime with warm water to promote regular bowel movements and reduce upward metabolic pressure.

1. Immediate Medical Triage (Emergency Actions) Before addressing the gallstone, you must rule out an adverse drug reaction or an acute biliary complication. ••Check for an Allergic Reaction: Some individuals exhibit drug hypersensitivity to certain herbs or binders in formulations. If your breathing issue is accompanied by a skin rash, swelling of the face, tongue, or throat, or a wheezing sound, stop all medications immediately and seek emergency allopathic care. It could be an anaphylactic or severe hypersensitivity reaction. ••Rule out a Referred Pain/Biliary Spasm: In the gastrointestinal tract, an acute biliary spasm or a stone temporarily blocking the cystic duct can cause severe radiating pain to the right scapula (shoulder blade) and epigastrium. This intense pain can restrict the downward movement of the diaphragm, making you feel like you cannot catch your breath. ••Check Vital Parameters: If you have access to a pulse oximeter and a BP cuff, check your oxygen saturation (SpO_2) and heart rate immediately. If SpO_2 drops below 94%, or if the shortness of breath is accompanied by severe chest tightness or sweating, visit the nearest emergency room. Step 1: Immediate Correction of Upward Vata (Vata Anulomana) To relieve the pressure on your diaphragm, you must clear the gas and downward movement of GI tract: ••Take Sukshma Ela (Cardamom) and Shunthi (Dry Ginger) infusion. Boil 1 crushed cardamom and a pinch of dry ginger in water, cool it to lukewarm, and sip slowly. This pacifies Prana and Samana Vata. ••Administer Haritaki or Avipattikar Churna (1 tsp with lukewarm water at bedtime) to encourage Anulomana (downward clearance) of Vata and Pitta via the bowel. Step 2: Deepana-Pachana (Kindling Agni & Digesting Toxins) Do not start potent stone-dissolving herbs while your digestion is sluggish or you are experiencing breathlessness. ••Formulations like Chitrakadi Vati or Agnitundi Vati (under supervision) or simple Panchakola Phanta can be used to digest the Ama that is causing both the biliary stasis and the diaphragmatic pressure. Step 3: Ashmari Bhedana & Yakrit-Prasadana (Stone Dissolution) Because the stone is only 5mm, it can be disintegrated safely without blocking the common bile duct: ••Arogyavardhini Vati (250–500 mg BD): Contains a high percentage of Katuki (Picrorhiza kurroa). It acts as a powerful cholagogue, thins the bile, and improves liver functioning (Yakrit Uttejana).
••Varunadi Kashayam or Pashanabhedadi Kwath (15 ml with equal water, empty stomach): Renowned Ashmari-bhedana (lithotriptic) drugs that alter the physicochemical parameters of bile, reducing cholesterol crystallization. DIET PLAN ❌ AVOID – Rice at night – Sugar – White flour stuff – Potatoes – Fried foods – Bakery treats ✅ INCLUDE – Roti – Moong dal – Veggies – Salad – Buttermilk

Hello, Since you already -visited a chest specialist -used inhaler therapy (BESVL trio) -took acidity, reflux medicines -and still have breathin difficulty The first step is : do not assume this is only a simple gas or minor issue Because breathlessness can come from -ashtma/copd -reflux related airway irritation -allergy -anxiety/stress -infection -heart issue -post inflammatory airway sensitivity -or severe acidity pressing upward The 5 mm gallbladder stones are usually not the direct cause of breathing difficulty, though digestive inflammation and reflux can worsen chest discomfort and breathing sensation Ayurvedic view -prana vata imbalance -kapha obstruction in chest channels -aggravated pitta from acidity/reflux -stress related breathing sensitivity -digestive ama contributing to heaviness/bloating The fact that -pantocid + digeraft were given suggests reflux/acidity may also be contributing Treatment goals -reduce airway irritation -calm prana vata -reduce kapha congestion -improve digestion/reflux -reduce inflammation -prevent anxiety-related breath worsening Internal medications 1) Vasavaleha= 1 tsp twice daily after meals =breathlessness, cough, airway irritation, chest congestion 2) Sitopaladi churna= 1//2 tsp with honey twice daily after meals =mucus, throat irritation, mild cough, airway sensitivity 3) Talisadi churna = 1/2 tsp with honey twice daily after meals =kapha heaviness, cough, throat congestion 4) Yashtimadhu ghan vati= 1 tab twice daily after meals =excellent in reflux, airway irritation, burnin, throat irritation coexist For acidity/reflux component 1) Shatavari kalpa= 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime =gastric burning, reflux irritation, heat in stomach/chest Gall bladder stones 5 mm small stones may stay silent for years Usually surgery is considered if -repeated pain -infection -obstruction -severe symptoms Avoid -very oily meals -deep fried food -heavy late night eating Diet -warm light meals -cooked vegetables -mung dal -rice -ginger in small amount -pomegranate -warm water Very important lifestyle advice Do Not lie dowm immediaately after meals Wait -at least 2-3 hours This is critical if reflux contributes to breathing symptoms Pranayam -nadi sodhana -gentle diaphragmatic breathing -bhramari Stress Breathing symptoms often worsen with -fear -hyperfocus on breathing -anxiety -poor sleep Your nervous system must be calmed Helpful -fixed sleep timing -slow evening routine -less screen stimulation -gentle walking Simple remedies 1) Warm water sipping -smal frequent sips 2) Steam inhalation -plain steam only 3) Small ginger + honey -only if burning is not severe If inhalaers gave no fayda further evaluation (spirometry, reflux, heart assessement ) is important rather than only changing medicines Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
