ENT se check karwaye aur confirm kare ki DNS hai ya nahi. Agar nahi hai to is regime se result milega.

Aapke bete me cold sensitivity aur Kapha congestion zyada lag rahi hai, isliye thandi cheezein aur cold water se symptoms jaldi trigger ho jaate hain. Asthma me regular care aur prevention bahut important hota hai.
Thandi cheezein, ice cream, cold drinks, fridge ka pani aur cold water bath avoid karwayein. Garam ya normal water hi use karein. Dust aur AC exposure se bhi bachayein.
Steam inhalation halka sa karwa sakte hain aur chest ko warm rakhein. Nebulizer aur doctor ki medicines regular continue karein, unhe suddenly band na karein.
At home:
Haldi wala doodh raat me de sakte hain agar suit kare. Tulsi aur ajwain ka halka steam bhi helpful rahega.
Sitopaladi churna – ¼ teaspoon with honey twice daily
Haridra Khanda – ½ teaspoon twice daily after food
Talisadi churna – ¼ teaspoon with honey twice daily
Yeh congestion aur allergy tendency ko gradually kam karne me help karega.
Agar breathing difficulty, wheezing ya fever zyada ho to immediately pediatric consultation lein.
