Dry cough hai, gale mai khichkhich, lagataar khansi, galey se seetee ki sound, sotey samay,cold & dust mai ziadaa pareshani hoti hai, smoking karta hoon. Dabar Vasavaleha & hamdarda kaa Rogan shereen baadam ka sewan aaj se start kiyaa hai.Age 68 male, Dehradun. Pls aap ilaaz batane kaa kashtkaren.

●भाप: श्वसन मार्ग को साफ करने के लिए, 1 पिंट पानी में 1 चम्मच अदरक या कुछ नीलगिरी के पत्ते उबालें। तौलिये से शरीर ढककर भाप लें। इससे तुरंत आराम मिलता है: • नाक बंद होना • भारीपन • सिरदर्द ●अन्य घरेलू उपचार: सरल लेकिन प्रभावी: 2 चम्मच सौंफ पाउडर, 1 चम्मच दालचीनी, 1 चम्मच शहद और 1 चम्मच कफ सिरप। ●तुलसी और पारंपरिक योग: तुलसी का काढ़ा: 1 कप पानी में 1 चम्मच तुलसी को 1 मिनट तक उबालें। इसे गर्म पिएं। इससे बुखार और वायरल संक्रमण कम होता है। ●पारंपरिक सर्दी-जुकाम के घरेलू उपचार: • सितोपलादा पाउडर - 1 भाग • महा सुदर्शन पाउडर - 1 भाग। मात्रा: 1 चम्मच शहद के साथ 1 चम्मच दिन में 2-3 बार भोजन के बाद लें। ●नाक की देखभाल: घृत नस्य: सुबह और शाम प्रत्येक नथुने में गुनगुने घी की 3-5 बूंदें डालें। इससे • सूखापन • छींक आना • जलन में आराम मिलता है। ●श्वास द्वारा प्राणायाम: • कपालभाति (हल्का) • अनुलोम-विलोम (बिना कामक के)। ये अभ्यास श्वसन मार्ग को साफ करते हैं।

Smoking, wheezing sound and cough worsening with dust/cold may suggest chronic bronchitis/COPD or allergy-related airway irritation. If breathing difficulty increases, get chest examination and spirometry done.
Take
Sitopaladi Churna 3 gm + honey
दिन में 2–3 बार
Talisadi Churna 3 gm
सुबह-शाम गुनगुने पानी से
Vasavaleha 1 tsp
दिन में 2 बार भोजन बाद
(continue कर सकते हैं)
Yashtimadhu powder 2 gm
दिन में 2 बार शहद के साथ गले की खराश में
रात को हल्दी वाला गुनगुना दूध या steam inhalation लें।
Avoid: Smoking तुरंत कम/बंद करें, cold water, dust exposure, curd at night.

Chew an inch of fresh ginger half an before meal.
Eat only fruit vegetables.

1 tab twice a day before food.

2 caps twice a day before food.
Syp.Kanaksav
3 tsp twice a day before food with warm water.
Panchendriya varthan tailam
15 minutes of steam followed by 3 drops in each nostril early in the morning.
