Doctors' responses

—This is likely due to skin irritation or minor changes around the anus. Keep the area clean and dry, take warm sitz baths, and use mild barrier creams if needed. Continue your high-fiber diet and use laxatives only if needed –Treatment: 1)Sitz bath: Warm water 10–15 min, 2× daily 2)Local application: jatayadi taila after bath —Oral medicine: Triphala Churna 5 g at bedtime with warm water –Diet: High-fiber, plenty of water, avoid spicy/oily foods –Lifestyle: Gentle walking, avoid prolonged sitting, keep area clean & dry –Follow-up: 2 weeks or if bleeding/lumps occur
