In my personal queries like that my weight not increase and not my body feel comfortable , everytimei feeling so tired no activeness, pls telling me about my problem howto improve as soon as possible. My age is 25yrs . But according it no more weight.

Consider checking CBC, thyroid profile, vitamin B12, vitamin D, and blood sugar. Take Ashwagandha Churna 5 g twice daily with warm milk after food. Chyawanprash 1 teaspoon twice daily after meals. Shatavari Churna 3 g twice daily with milk if digestion is good. Diet: Increase milk, ghee, nuts, dates, bananas, and protein-rich foods. Sleep 7–8 hours daily. Regular light exercise or strength training.
